Nudy's Cafe Malvern — Restaurant in East Whiteland Township

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I placed my order at the wrong location. I called the location the order was made for and the “manager” from this Malvern location got on the phone and asked what happened after I just explained it to the person who answered the phone. I explained again the order was placed at the incorrect location and I wasn’t driving 30 mins to pick it up. The “manager” was incredibly rude, asking “ok so what you want us to do?” I said I want the order cancelled. And then I asked who she was, she said she was the manager. I said “oh ok because I’m wondering why you’re talking to me like that.” The lady said bc tell us what you want, I have customers here. I said ok we’ll I paid and I’m a customer too, she said well they’re waiting so stop yelling and tell us what you want. I want a refund. That’s what I want because you’re rude and I don’t appreciate the way you’re talking to me right now and I need your name. She said “You’re refunded” and hung up on me. This was at the 30 Liberty BLVD location. And when I called back asking for a name for the 2nd time I was told “We don’t give out names”, I asked what happens when I call Nudys office to explain what happened and she said “ you can tell them your experience” Totally unprofessional, ignorant, disrespectful and as a 1st time customer such a horrific experience.

I received a phone call from the corporate office and I will say that the representative was absolutely in redo and sincerely apologetic. Definitely made up for the ignorance I encountered at the...

I have reviewed the nudy's location before and it was 5 stars and I said once again it was the best. That was a couple years ago. What's happened to Nudy's malvern? I have been too loyal and I frankly go to the location for convenience and delivery. But the kitchen has been so inconsistent and today's order 10/19/25, is another example of how the kitchen is sending out food that is not the Nudy's that is 5 stars. Today I ordered and paid for onions and green peppers on the hashbrowns for two omelets. One had them and one didn't, okay I know big deal right? If it was an anomaly yes not a big deal but as I said inconsistencies are increasing. Lox platter missing onions last Sunday, and a burger missing the bacon, during the summer white tomatoes ie unripe in the lox platter. What is the other inconsistency that I am really annoyed about was the eggs missing the omelet ingredients, I have consistently ordered the southwest omelet and it has been made with a good amount of the fillings and today there was barely any ingredients especially chicken..I had to search for the chicken. It was not an omelet. The person who made the eggs needs to be retrained or have better supervision. The food that comes out the kitchen is the image. If I were dining in the floor manager would have been called over and asked "are you aware what is coming out the kitchen?" Sad that it is not the quality of a few years ago.

Rudy's at Frazer has been our favorite restaurant for years, the food, the service, and its atmosphere, until today our horrible experience.

I ordered salmon Florentine as my favorite breakfast of this place. It turned out horrible. The. bread totally burned black, the hollandaise sauce over the packed egg was very messy all over the plate, salmon was one third of the bagel. The omelette was so salty and dry. This is not the food I had at this place before at all.

The waitress has attitude. She brought coffee without milk and spoon, and did not bring them to us even after we pointed that out. We had to ask to add coffee each time. You went to inside all the time, cauldn't find her anywhere. She did not offer boxed for leftovers. When we asked she turned around with her horrible attitude. when I went inside to pay my bill before I left, I saw she was happily talking with other girls inside the dinning room. We do not know if this waitress is new did not know how to do the job, or the place never gave her training.

If you respect yourself, respect restaurant industry, do not go there!! They place is going down...
