Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in East Windsor Township

Two incidents happened in one visit. I could not believe the level of poor customer service. Ordered for curbside pickup, got there, informed them...sat outside for close to 10 minutes. Went inside and inquired about the wait and the process and a young lady named Brianna who is the manager, walked up rude, got my order and did not offer so much as an apology. Fine, ok, whatever everyone has their nights.

I get home, and there is a long strand of hair baked into my pizza. Disgusting. I call and again none of the employee have a clue what to do so they put the same young lady Brianna on the phone. I tell her about the hair in the pizza and she says that’s not possible and that I should have checked my order before leaving the store because 75% of customer do. I did not want any compensation for this pizza, in fact, I mentioned that to her. The customer service was what was important. A simple acknowledgment, apology and a commitment to do better. Instead, her final response after arguing with me about it : “And so?”

Needless to say, this is my last order. I had overlook several things from this location for a while now, clearly whoever owns this location, doesn’t really care to manage it correctly. I will be calling corporate and...

Depend on when you go to get good service..i recommend online ordering it's quicker.. 2 years later a driver now i guess is a manager or shift runner...but how are you playing with a dough ball and playing catch with another employee...first of all only one or 2 people should be dealing with the dough ..not the front register person.. yea.. im done here ... i ran a pizza place competition the this place.. i never played with people food..bye bye..so people be aware... No it's been 4 years later give him a try same miss you though is gummy which means they don't pull out the dough in time The proof to cooks the temperature and they cook everything they want to the way they want or feel like it so you didn't gummy dough which is not good for your stomach and digestive system I got the same kind of dope today 4 years later and it's been a reoccurring issue now they have new staff new employees new managers and everything else so it seems like they don't care and it's the same issue all the time so...

This is my local dominos location only one in east Winsdor Very unsanitary location. I usually do delivery but yesterday night (08/06/22) I decided to do a pickup and arrived when my order showed ready. When I arrived of course it wasn’t really ready so I was told to wait a few. While waiting I set back and observed and was disgusted by the end. A young boy working had a full head of hair and was playing and twisting in his hair all in the kitchen area with no visor or hair net on. He even took someone’s order and continued to play in his hair, also look around and noticed NONE of the workers had on gloves even the ones working in the kitchen making food are using bare hands. So not one Person washing hands after touching machines and taking orders. No mask no hair nets no GLOVES just very nasty in this location. One persons came from break outside to speak Spanish and take orders and didn’t wash his hands. Be aware of...
