Their customer service is 0 stars.

I have employed teenagers in an establishment before, but there is some sort of training missing here.

I spent over $14 for two ice cream dishes. After ordering/having the ice cream handed to me, I noticed that the girl who scooped the ice cream had a cut/scab with dried blood on the top of her hand.

I went to a different window to request a refund because I obviously wasn’t comfortable with that. To which the young lady responded, “we don’t give refunds, because well we just don’t. But I can get you new ice cream.”

I let her know that I wasn’t comfortable with that because she would have touched the scoops and had her hands inside of the ice cream containers. She had me point out who served us and then rudely shut the window saying “I’ll be right back.”

She comes back and rudely says that she examined everyone’s hands and no one had cuts and it was probably dried, dark ice cream. But she apparently didn’t see that either.

Well I know that I saw the bloody scab so I let her know that I would just be leaving since I wasn’t comfortable with getting new ice cream and the rude attitude that I got from her.

She never once got a supervisor or manager to discuss my concerns, she could honestly not care less about any issues.

I will definitely not be back to this establishment. Disgusting. I had to warn my friends/family visiting the farmers market to avoid this ice...

Great ice creams! We first found it when we were in the area for some errands. When we got there, we saw a long line of people waiting to get their summer treat! I tried their chocolate raspberry truffle chunk which is dark chocolate ice cream with dark chocolate raspberry truffle and tons of chocolate chunks. It was tasty and the cake cone was crisp! It was so good, we went back the second day. Fast forward to recent days and we got chocolate pecan and orange sorbet. The chocolate pecan has tons of well roasted pecans, it gave the ice cream some texture. The chocolate is regular chocolate so it's milkier and sweeter than the dark chocolate. It is delicious but a bit on the sweet side for me. We also got orange sorbet, it's very refreshing! But the sweet nature of sorbet became a bit much for us toward the end. It was still a great experience. We enjoyed our treats at the benches around the perimeter as well as other people. People are friendly, the vibe is relax. A good place for a...

I come to th area on weekends and I must say this place is always the locals go to place for icecream year round. Handel's can get pretty busy in the summer and it is no surprise you may find a line in the winter too. The icecream is delicious and they have over 30 flavors and toppings for any icecream palate. I personally enjoy their milkshakes after dinner or a classic waffle cone. My favorite flavor is the brownie chunk or coffee chip and just about any other flavor with the Heath topping. The line moves quick so don't drive by for that and the staff is very friendly and efficient. Generous scoops and always the same great taste. Parking can get tight and seating is limited around the perimeter of the building during peak hours. If you don't know which flavor to get always ask staff they have great recommendations. Pricing is affordable and worth it no competition in the area go to Handel's you will...

We were in the area when traveling for work and wanted dessert so we stopped by here. They have a large variety of flavors. I don't like chocolate and most of them were chocolate, but they did have a fair number of non-chocolate ones. I got a sundae with banana ice cream and peanut butter ice cream. My husband got a sundae with butterscotch ice cream and marshmallow sauce. Both were good. I didn't think this ice cream stood out, but it was good. If you're looking for some dessert in the area, it's a good choice.
