Cassidy's Corner Cafe — Restaurant in Eastvale

First off, it seems people are being too harsh with reviews. This place just opened a couple months ago and they are still getting their groove. I don't think it should take away from everything they are doing right.

Bagels were amazing- fresh, fluffy, delicious, and the topping stayed on after it was toasted! Most bagel shops serve rock hard bagels, but these were easy to eat and very enjoyable. They are New York style. The cream cheese was really good too.

We tried Joe's Special, Mad Joe's, and a cinnamon raisin with cream cheese.Very happy with all. We also had a regular iced coffee and a house coffee. The iced coffee was fine but the house coffee wasn't our favorite because it was too sweet for our taste.

Service was great! All employees were kind and every single one was hustling to get orders out. We didn't wait long for three breakfast bagels and two drinks. It did take a bit for additional bagels to take home though, it seems they keep track of inventory manually which seems inefficient. The shop itself is really cute and very clean.

This place is GREAT and EXACTLY what Eastvale needs to break the chain of mediocre quality, cookie cutter, franchise eateries we have all been literally begging for. The fresh bagels were a bit nostalgic for me and reminiscent of what you might find in a big city as a breakfast option...not to mention flavorful and HUGE! Nothing like you would get from buying at Starbucks or a "grocery store". I also had an iced coffee...rich and tasty (also not like Starbucks or a "grocery store". Also, contrary to some of the negative comments in another review, I found the fact that they actually run out of them (the bagels) speaks volumes to the quality and commitment to freshness. In other words...if they "run out of bagels" it is a GOOD thing! The atmosphere is laid back and modern and the location is off the beaten path, so it is great for a quick relaxing meal or snack option away from the crowds and traffic that exists in most other Eastvale retail spots. Honorable mention...the "bagel bombs" are also another item I would recommend. I will be trying the lunch options in the near future as well. I mean it’s so nice when I know there’s Cassidy’s near my house, and today is my first time to try, I ordered 2 bagel and 1 latte, the bagel came out fast but the latte made me waited for 15 mins, I always smile to others then I asked the front girl how long it takes for my latte the girl said: oh just couple minutes, then I waited for another 5 minute and asked again, the same girl said something you won’t believe, she said: sorry but you have to order it. I mean Dude what the hell is that mean? I’m mad and told her that I already ordered it! Is she a goldfish that memory can only hold for 10 seconds?? Why she acting like that is becuz I ask her to put some Nutella on my chocolate bagel, but she try to charge me for 2 dollars just for a scoop of Nutella, then I said I’m gonna pass it then, and maybe she thinks that I might the kind guy who’s asking for free latte as well? That is so rude and so unprofessional! whoever the boss is you should fire that girl becuz she don’t have any common sense on serving people, thanks for the boss that end up gives me 2 coupon for free bagel next time visit, but I guess I’m not coming back...
