First of all I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes to order and get my food. I realize i didnt get my frosty with my kids meal so I turn back around and was able to finally get someone to come to the door and tell her I didnt get my fristy with my order. She tells me I have to go back through the drive thru that has a line out the parking lot if I want my frosty. I politely told her they forgot it and I am not getting back in line due to their error. The girl disappears for 5 minutes and comes back with another woman. I hear the woman snap at her and tell her to just figure out what frosty I was missing. I told her the one with the kids meal. She then asks me if I asked for a frosty, I told her no because it comes with it and she proceeded to tell me frostys dont come with kids meals and if I wanted one I could get back in the drive thru and order one. At this point I was so irritated that I left with a mad 8 year old in the back.i go to Wendy's a few times a month and I always get a frosty with my kids meal. To top it off I get home and only have 2 nuggets in my meal. I NEVER will be back to this location. The lack of service and then my order being wrong and their lack of caring...
Read morei recently visited for breakfast as i noticed from a tv ad that there was a $3 breakfast special so i decided to visit which was a mistake. i arrived and the drive thru had only 1 car in it in front of me but they took their time taking their order and then when i got to the box to place my food order they rudely said on the mic "can you wait?" before i even said anything. i accidentally placed my order for "dine in" when it should've been for drive thru but i asked the lady if they could still hand it to me and she replied "nah, go inside." which i understand as it was my mistake but her attitude was extremely rude. i then got out of the drive thru and parked, walked inside and made my way to the front counter where i told them my situation and just stared at me and pointed behind me where the "mobile order" pick up station is instead of being just generally nice about the situation. i refuse to return to this location as both experiences inside and outside of the restaurant were extremely lacking in basic customer service from the...
Read moreWent through the drive-thru and was greeted by Alice Romero. I advised her that my order was incorrect. I explained to Alice, not once or twice but multiple times, that I was missing food. I continued to tell her that I was still missing food, and with bad posture and attitude she continued to tell me that my order was correct. It upset me, and I gave her back the bags so that she could check them and come to find out that my order was indeed incorrect. Comes back and provides us with the order, says a sarcastic sorry, and rolls her eyes. The worst service is if you don't like your job, then you shouldn't work there. Should at least acknowledge when a customer is asking for something. I understand we are human, and people make mistakes, but the response is the worst.
