Originally, I went to this place in Rancho loved it and joined the membership program. September 22nd I booked for a concert event. My hair was frizzy and not smooth or dried all the way. This isnât usually my experience no big deal. I called and talked to the manger who told me to come back and she would fix it. I didnât have time to do that as I needed to be in LA in the next hour and a half. Gabby was Pleasant and understanding mentioned the next visit would be complementary and be noted in my account. When I went in on October 11th (two weeks later) I called in prior and Gabby told the receptionist that it was complementary. Today, I called in per usual the app and the real time booking software at the salon are not in sync causing booking issues leading to the reception is calling you telling you that your appointment cannot be booked. This has happened 3 times. Today, I figured I would use one of my credits after a long, couple weeks of Helping family members Who had to evacuate from the fires move and get safe and settled. When I called in to confirm the available appointment times the âReceptionistâ tells me did you select âa dry styleâ insinuating I donât know how to book an appointment.
I inquired about how many credit/sessions I had because I have a membership, She mentions to me three which would mean that when I went in October they didnât honor complementary service that was noted and confirmed while I was checking out after my service. I explained to the receptionist that, the October 11th service was to be complementary from September 22 service photo is attached. She literally said there is not a note in your account. She read off my note of my hair type that was in my account for the stylist. Now I found out from another Dry Bar franchise proprietor contact that Eastvale and Rancho are the same owner named Daisy ironically, who I thought was the rude âreceptionistâ is the owner who has zero customer service skills to turn the situation around clearly to ask what types of experiences Iâve had! Of course I was upset this has been a build up of situations with Appointments made, but then canceled because of the âsystem issuesâ Rancho location doesnât have these issues however, I moved to Eastvale five minutes away from this Location. Sad to know that as a leader and blessed business owner of TWO locations Daisy doesnât have conflict resolution skills, and didnât care if I canceled my membership. Itâs not just me cancelling its 3 other memberships they will lose that I pay for my 3 employees who have an accounts. PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS of bad customer service at the front desk. I should have read before I booked at Eastvale. Blow out is a speciality service and in this economy people will eventually cut the specialties. I feel bad for the two employees I really like here whoâs names I wonât mention have a leader who leads this way.
