Millennial thinking! Is this real good business practice? I asked for a price to repair my charge port on a Galaxy S-3. I didn't catch the name of the young man who took my business in, but that's not important for this review. The response was $45 to repair it, if it can be, or $65 to change it. I said, just change it! I knew that the environment this phone had been in was dusty, so changing it assured new contacts. When I arrived to pick up my phone, I asked what was done? Devon responded "we fixed your phone. That's what you brought it in for, right"? I replied, "No, I asked for the port to be replaced". I kept receiving argument from this employee, ignoring the fact that I made a request for work to be done and that was what I was expecting. "His attitude" was, I should be okay with what they decided the phone needed. "His attitude" conveyed that this was company wide thinking and practice. I believe he finally just agreed with me, not recognizing the bad business practice this displayed. I have been here before and the quality of work that time was poor, however my charge port "is" working. For how long? 6 month warranty on the repair even though the web site says lifetime limited on all service repairs! The web site for this store only posts select reviews. Make sure you read Google review for the "real deal". His Attitude "Will" change where I shop.

Read moreI went to CPR with my daughter to fix her laptop. When we walked in there was a lady and her daughter sitting and another man on opposite sides of the room. We approached the bearded guy at the counter and he understandably gesture past us at the guy sitting. I stepped back with my daughter. Another guy came out of the back and walked past us to talk to the lady who was waiting with her daughter. My daughter and I figure they were next and we simply went to sit where the guy the bearded guy was helping was sitting expecting that when the bearded is finished with him he would call on us. The guy, the bearded was helping paid and left and a lady walked right in straight to the bearded guy and started talking to him and he was helping her, I got up to draw his attention, and to remind him my daughter and I were in line sitting and waiting. He turned around and walked into the back like he didn't see us. This is a poor customer service. I brought this up and the other guy was rude and gesture we should leave. I have lived in Eastvale for over ten years and I have never seen this level of poor service and unprofessionalism. Needless to say, I am not going back and neither is anyone I know. I bet they are rich and don't need my...
Read moreThis place is the spot to go if you need your screen fixed. I came here a few days ago after filing a claim with Squaretrade, which by the way is the worst company to go through as far as insurance is concerned. I came in under the impression that my claim had been taken care of and that I just needed to drop off. That wasn't the case due to the incompetence of Squaretrade. It was the most difficult issue to get handled but Jasper, the tech who worked there was very patient and took care of pretty much everything for me.
CPR really seems to value their customers and this is obvious by the way they were receptive to my needs, quick with ordering parts, great at communicating and keeping me informed of when the part would be in. The service itself took an hour, which is very fast especially since the shop is in a plaza full with stores and places to eat.. When I came in to pick up the phone, it was ready for me -- no "it'll be another 10 minutes, it's almost done." Thank you guys for all...
