If I could rate it zero, I would. I've been using Walgreens for photos for years, mainly because they have great coupons. That is until today! I placed an online order for custom sticker labels, it was a ship to store order. The Walgreens website charged me for the purchase and gave me a Feb. 8th estimated delivery date. Here we are Feb. 25th and all I received was an email with a tracking number and a notice saying it was delivered by USPS to their mailbox and for me NOT to head into the store until I received an email to pick-up my order, which is fair and common but I needed those labels for this weekend so I decided to head into the store despite the lack of email notification. I was received at the photo counter by the store manager and he found my order in their system and proceeded to look for it. Mind you, he spent a good amount of time searching for my package. You can tell that he was getting frustrated because he couldn't find them and then asks me if I ever received an email to pick-up my order, to which I respond, No. He looks in his system again and he says that they can only hold orders for two weeks and if they're not picked up they destroy them and throw them away, to which I respond, there is nothing on your site notifying me that this is a process you do and he looks on his computer again and all of a sudden, there is a note in my "file" saying that the order was not picked up within two weeks and that it was destroyed per protocol. Listen, I'm a patient person, but I'm not stupid. Just tell me you lost my order and refund me my money, right? So according to this made up policy, the items are destroyed and a refund is made. We'll, if that was the case, I was never refunded any money. So I leave the store and I'm angry at this point and I immediately look online for this policy, there isn't one but there is an 800 number for ship-to-store orders, I call and am connected with Shana who tells me no such policy exists and that customers prepay for a reason. She then proceeds to tell me that stores don't have access to refund orders that ship to store and that the manager was blatantly lying, she refunds my money, the refund won't clear for 3-5 business days but I'm grateful that she was so helpful and was able to get me my refund. I'm still upset that I won't have labels for my orders and for that reason, I will no longer be purchasing any items from their photo center.    Read moreI couldn't believe the embarrassment and humiliation I had here. Yesterday I came in to fill my medication. I went to my doctor Friday for cold was tested for Covid. I waited for my Covid results to come back they were negative. So this was my common cold I get once or twice a year. I had a cold in May now again this December also I am asthmatic. So I go in hand in my Prescriptions she has me wait the the Pharmacist David comes up to me and says I called your doctor in May and told her don't give you this medication anymore. I had about 4-5 medications prescribed on my prescriptions so I didn't even understand what he was talking about. I was confused on everything I hadn't been sick in almost 8 months so I haven't been in. I asked him what do you mean sir? He said this cough medication that was prescribed is highly misused and abused. I'm oblivious to this. I'm like wow really. Then he goes on to say come-on you know those rap songs you know. I'm so confused at this point. Then he says you know the rap songs the refer to it as lean, syrup. I look over and the lady next to me is just looking at me. I had no privacy. I was so embarrassed and humiliated. Not only was he basically saying I abused this medication he assumed I listed to rap music. I never was aware of any of this. As I gathered my prescriptions and walked away a girl said hey I recorded everything do you want the video? She said she was making a snapchat just about the long line and ended up hearing the conversation and kept recording. I got the video and I feel the the Pharmacist David was completely unprofessional he needs to be fired ASAP. I'm thinking lawsuit for defamation of character and stereotyping me and embarrassing me.    Read moreI would give this pharmacy a billion minus stars if I could. Never in my life have I seen such poor service. Like they say until you walk in someone elseâs shoes and hopefully you never have to suffer from some sort of illness or have 12 major back surgeryâs after a terrible car accident. Only then would these poor excuse of human beings would you ever understand anyoneâs reasons for being cranky when they get the run around just to get their very much needed prescriptions. Shame on all of you who are in the medical field whoâs have no compassion for peopleâs needs. Perhaps itâs time for a new career. Until you are in such unbearable pain would any of you understand and i truly wish that on no one. All of you are a disgrace to the medical field. Major attitudes, talk over you, 45 Mins or longer wait times in Drive-Thru, go inside and see the bags of medication sitting on the floor .......possibly your medication before it being handed to you. When asked what medication is being given to you, you are told âwell it says right on the in the bagsâ. WHATever happened to customer service? After all without us customers you wouldnât have a job. I feel for the elderly and those who do not comprehend very well. What must they go threw to get their medication. If I were you I would look in my bags of medication before walking away from the counter or driving off...... better yet have them go threw your medication with you. We have been given wrong medication at times. Basically this walgreens pharmacy is a nightmare and a big joke. Run donât walk away RUN as fast as you can from this place..... I have. I am much happier and less stressed when picking up my medications and treated the way we all should be treated by my new pharmacy.
