Arby's — Restaurant in Eaton

An elderly lady came in ordered and got her food before we got there while we were in line she come back up and told them she only got one of two sandwiches she ordered. the manager told her she only payed for one and was told she had to wait for the line to go down before she could pay for another one. instead of taking care of her then. There was 5 families in front of us no one let her in and more coming after us when we got up to order we told her to go in front of us.she was then told she had to wait by the cashier. we told the casher to take care of her. We thought it was vary rude of them to make her stand there while her food got cold before they made it right Not that my opinion mean anything but they should of taken care of her before or right after the current customer. She was a paying customer and should be treated as one. I paid 7 dollars for a bowl of lettuce that was supposed to be the the farmhouse salad with roasted turkey. It had about 5 pieces of tomato and one piece of tore up turkey lunch meat. My husband ordered the half pound beef and cheddar and it only had a very small amount of cheese. He ask for Arby's sauce and they only gave him one pack. We spent almost 15 bucks. Couldn't come off a few packs seriously?I think they put the food together as poorly as possible without ruining it so we wouldn't enjoy our meal because they were obviously annoyed we arrived as soon as they opened.
