Worst dining experience of our lives! We sat down and waited a good 15 minutes before our waitress finally came over. We were a party of 3. We ordered drinks, 3 meals and an appetizer. The drinks came out and were just slapped on the table by a random waitress. They were all different so we had to taste test all of them to figure out what was what. We ordered 2 hamburgers totally plain and one came out with cheese on it and the other with some sort of dressing, possibly Russian. We sent them back to be remade. My son ordered chicken fingers that came out correct. He ate all of his food and we sat for a good 15 minutes after he was finished eating and never received our food. Finally our waitress comes over and asks if we’d like dessert. My husband and I replied at the exact same time that we haven’t even received our food yet. But we did order refills of our drinks. Another 20 minutes go by and nobody ever comes back. We ask a random waitress to please get the manager for us. Another 10 minutes go by and our waitress comes over and says the manager was getting our food. So we again asked for our refills. Our burgers come out again both incorrect and have cheese on them. So we sent it back and it came back in 5 minutes. So my husband says to the manager “I hope they didn’t just burn the cheese of it”. The manger said oh no we don’t do that. My husband picks up his bun and there is cheese all over it like they scraped it off. Also he ordered mashed potatoes and they gave him fries. We both ate a few bites and left. Nobody wants to eat food that has been refired over and over again. We were in the restaurant close to 2 hours total for 2 burgers and an order of chicken fingers. Our waitress was also a zombie. She seemed like she was in outer space. She had no idea what was going on and I’m pretty sure she didn’t even know what planet she was on. I’m pretty sure she was on some sort of psych meds because she looked like she was in a trance. The manager stated our food took so long because it’s busy. It was not that busy at the time. There were several empty tables. Not to mention that a mess up on the restaurant’s part should take priority over new orders. They had enough time to cook our burgers 3 times. The restaurant is poorly managed. And their excuses, which are all not mentioned in this review, were ridiculous. We will definitely never go back to...
Read morei am actually very disappointed with my experience at this particular chili’s the other night. the manager—in a pink shirt—was the one to seat my party of 4 plus a small child, and VERY rudely remarked that the child had to be sat in between two adults inside of the table [understandable] instead of outside. we all felt very put off by that, but still did as asked and said nothing. we placed our drink orders with the server, 4 waters plus a child water with lemon’s on the side and 4 marg’s of the month. You could imagine my surprise when someone (a different server, tall and broad with curly hair) brought our full table ONE water. Yes, one water. Eventually, my chips and salsa handled by the server with the early 2006 Joe Jonas hair cut, with the chips was the child water that he basically threw down on the table. I thought, “Hmm… weird,” but I decided not to dwell on it. We asked this same server for straws and he brought them, then proceeded to throw them on the table. Now, I understand working under a lot of stress and pressure—especially in a restaurant, i’ve been there. it’s rough—but wow, just wow. Let’s not even get into how i got the wrong pasta, then it wasn’t until i was done eating, ready to pay and leave, do get the queso i, and the rest of my party, continually asked for every time my server passed by. The chips were crumbs at this point and my queso wasn’t dead, but it sure wasn’t fresh skillet queso. Probably my worst Chili’s experience ever. I’ve come to this Chili’s a lot and never experienced anything like this, but I won’t be back. Thanks SO much for the amazing experience and...
Read moreBeware when using the table top pay system . Unfortunately when I got home I had an additional charge on my email receipt . It was $ 2. 99 for a game ! Being my Mom is 88 & I am older we don't play games at lunch . The server offered to check us out using the table top system so I wasn't aware of the extra charge , hmmm!! . But she should have at least asked when running the bill thru . I called the manager ( when I got home) and he said he would refund it ....but why should I have to waist time doing this!! Also there are 2 options to pay 1, email receipt 2 . no receipt . If I had chosen no receipt I would not have been aware of the charge $ 2.99 isn't going to " break the bank " but it was the principal. How many of these charges have gone thru unnoticed by the customer??? It's a poor system if that can happen without me being made aware . If you hit the screen anytime before your purchase you will be charged for a game at the end when they process your credit card even if you never played a game !!The whole thing left a bad feeling for me . I will never use that table top system & if you do ..check your receipt !!! Don't press the option for no receipt . Food was good, service was good but imo that...
