I don't like to complain about services much, but I think I'll avoid coming to this location moving forward. Every time I come they've forgotten something (usually a free slider coupon when they were doing their donation deal thing). Last time I went they forgot my jalapeno poppers (at first I thought they forgot the cookie I paid for, and told them such, but after I ended the call I foudn the cookie in the bag I thought the poppers were in). All the same, the lady I talked to on the phone got my name and said that she'd give me the item they didn't include for free, along with some coupons for a free meal, when I came by the next day. The next day I came and told them in the drive thru about the situation. At first was told they'd just give me a free meal. I said I wanted the jalapeno poppers I paid for the day prior, too. They gave me the jalapeno poppers "free" (not free if I paid for them the day before) and then had me pay for the meal they first said would be free. So I asked about the coupons and they said because I was getting the poppers "free" they weren't going to do the coupons. So I paid 10 dollars for a meal that I was told would be free, and in return got the jalapeno poppers (I'd paid for the day before) "free." In addition I asked for extra sauces with the meal they got for me this day and I didn't get them. Just frustrating and disappointing. The lady on the phone said she'd leave a note with my information but there was still miscommunication and I was left unsatisfied. I work in the drive thru with another food chain nearby, and I understand it's a difficult job. People are underpaid for great amounts of work they do, things get complicated, busy, messed up. But I was really frustrated by the situation, especially prefaced by the donations I made hoping for the free slider coupons in return (and didn't get twice. I let it go cause stuff happens and I'm the one who chose to donate and I lost the receipt by the time I realized I didn't get the coupon). I came up to the menu and I ordered my food, I accidentally forgot to ask for no red ranch, so I raced up to the window and no more than thirty seconds later I right away ask the gentlemen for no red ranch on my sandwich and I apologize for forgetting to ask, and I could hear the woman cook yell âARE YOU SERIOUSâ like Jesus Christ lady not just you are having a rough day! And then the gentlemen at the register says âyeah itâs already on there sorryâ, like okay so you canât make it how the customer wants it? I understand I forgot but come on. I would really like there to be consequences for this woman cooks actions and honestly the gentlemen as well. They were both very unprofessional and inappropriate. I do want to thank the different woman at the register for refunding all of my food and giving my money back and apologizing FOR them, but honestly thatâs not taking the correct action against your inappropriate employees, an apology from the woman cook for making me feel bad for no reason should have been done instead.    Read moreI recently visited Arby's and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfying. The sandwich I ordered was mediocre at best; it lacked the flavor and freshness I was hoping for. It wasnât terrible, but it certainly didnât stand out as anything special.The real disappointment, however, was the curly fries. It seemed like I got the bottom of the pileâmostly just small, overcooked pieces rather than the crispy, spiraled fries Arbyâs is known for. They were more like crumbs than fries, and definitely not what I expected.Overall, it was a pretty underwhelming meal. Iâve had better experiences at Arbyâs, so this was a bit of a letdown. I hope this was just an off day for them.
