Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Eau Claire

So I went in today to grab donuts from Festy and coffee from caribou. I came across 2 employees named SHELBY and RYAN who met me with bright smiles, a warm Hello! And both were team players and very friendly for the few minutes I was there to get my coffees. I do wish this place would allow tipping. Because these guys did an amazing job today. Most baristas I meet in coffee shops are crabby to make your coffee even when its a simple order. But not these guys! I really appreciated the service with a smile today you two! I hope you get the recognition you deserve for great work! And thanks for the great coffee you made for me...

My husband just went in and ordered a Large Vanilla white chocolate mocha from this Caribou in Festival on the westside of EAU Claire and it doesn’t taste anything like a vanilla white chocolate mocha, it is awful, I was so disappointed. I can’t even drink it, even he tried it and was disgusted.
