This is a relativity new coffee shop. Located in a small strip mall. It is well designed, with lots of relaxed seating options. The staff did a nice job getting me my London Fog, although minus the normal lavender.

Good coffee but they put way too much ice in their cool drinks. Seriously it’s horrendous and scammy. God forbid you forget to ask for light ice or this happens. Don’t get any iced drinks and you’ll be fine

Left a message for a manager never responded. I used a credit card there and I was charged 6 something and another charge appeared for 6 something as well for Australia national?? My card hasn't been used in months and only at that Caribou location. Fraud caught it luckily and canceled my card. Right before Xmas. They used a handheld scanner for the card. I told the bank they know where the Fraud happened. Management needs to look into this. No other way anyone got this...
