I did not have a very good experience dealing with Rev Nails customer service. I had went there on my one day off before the holidays, and gotten my nails done with gel and a base. Paid $60 plus a tip and ended up with what’s called flooded cuticles. In less than 48 hours the polish had started bubbling on both middle fingers, a pointer finger and one of my ring fingers. I then called rev and asked what they could do about it, seeing as I was just there and paid $60 for then this to happen. At this point I had went in tuesday at 4pm to get them done and called with my concerns by 7:30pm thursday night after my shift. They were rude over the phone and kept saying that they were sorry but they only had a 5 day policy, and then continued to list of the one availability that they had within the next two days. My call was within that time period, but I couldn’t work out a time to get there considering the holiday season. I asked if they would give me a partial or full refund since they were not able to get me back in within the 5 day period, but they said they could not and would have to charge me for a full new set of nails. To say the least I was not impressed with the way my customer experience and hard earned money was handled. Not to mention when overfilling of the cuticles happens, if on for too long, your cuticles can build up an intolerance to gel polish and create an allergy to the polish. I am not one to usually leave reviews, but I just want people to be aware of what could happen. I understand people make mistakes but I was expecting them to work with me to help and fix the issues instead of just getting...
Read moreThe nail tech did an ok job, they were not the reason for the 2 star review. What I did not like: the 1.75 dollar convenience fee they charge for paying with anything other then cash. I walked in around 5:15 and asked if there was an opening for a pedicure. The reception let me know there was an appt at 6:20 same day. I said ok I will take it. They then proceed to get my information for the appt., phone number and name. Then ask for my credit card. I asked why and they told me because I have to pay 25 dollars towards my appt. I thought this was odd but ok. I look at the price and it says 26.75. They explain the convenience cost. Ok I thought. Whatever. I come back on time, got my pedicure, which was fine for the most part. The main problem… I go to pay the rest of the pedicure, 15 dollars and they charge me an additional 1.75! I know it’s not much but come on. You charged me that stupid fee twice and I felt ripped off. I asked about it but they said they’re charging it. I feel ripped off. Their prices were far too high and the service was pretty basic. Huge disappointment. Definitely don’t recommend unless you use...
Read moreIf you are just here on vacation, or live somewhat far away I WOULD NOT go here. Not even 24 hrs after my nails got done they were popping off one by one and I made sure to call the next day to let them know, and no offer to help or sympathize for people who don’t live close and can’t come back. I had photos and proof. If the nail tech messes up and does not do your nails correctly they WILL offer for you to come in and fix it, BUT if you can’t make it back to them due to commute they DO NOT offer refunds even for their own employees mistakes, and they also WILL NOT offer a certificate for the next time...
