Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Eau Claire

Stopped for breakfast and dinner today. Breakfast burrito meal and deluxe chicken meal. Burrito was great though had a ton of hashbrowns, vastly outnumbering the eggs. Also the eggs weren't very well spread, half the burrito was just hasbrowns. Still happily enjoyed it though. Then the meal apparently came with more hashbrowns, which were also great. Similar to Taco Johns potato oles, but not as heavily seasoned and just tastier overall. Chicken sandwich is AMAZING, those buns were so soft and maybe buttery? It's just incredibly high quality. Chick-Fil-A has to be the very top of fast food. Better prices than their competition too. The fries and chickfila sauce completely sold me afterwards. Better than mcds. McD's charges for sauces, and One Dollar to add One Slice of Cheese to a sandwich. Always found that to be insane. As always. Chick-Fil-A is the very definition of excellent customer service. Their staff speaks very politely and show they care. Beautiful inside to the store also. Felt like a high class restaurant. Very happy to have Chick-Fil-A...

It was my first time and definitely not my last stop here. There was a bunch of buzz about them and Costco openings. I've never tried them before though being in cities they were in. I got the spicy chicken deluxe meal with waffle fries. It was delicious! The house sauce is ok, it tastes like honey mustard dressing. Next time I'll try one of their 8(?) different sauces. The place was busy and I hear it is a lot. The dining room was clean. They had extras set up for take away (what I did, oh yeah that's what we say in Europe,not take or carry out LoL). The staff was great l, super energetic and happy, my wait was about 4 minutes and it was fresh and hot. I was going to go home which isn't far but I took a bite in the car and didn't go anywhere for 15 minutes while I ate and called my friend to gloat and brag. My only complaint is the prices. Sorry it's not a real complaint. Fast food used to be a heck of a lot cheaper. It's $12 for a meal now. Remember the good ol days for $5? I'll be there again...

I went through drive thru asked for lunch but it was still breakfast and was told will take a little longer and that was absolutely understandable.

Asked for Polynesian and ketchup.

Order didn’t take long, got my food open bag after I left and I have Polynesian and chick fila sauce.

Fine someone made a mistake but I did go through drive thru because I had my dog and didn’t want to leave her.

Ran in asked for the ketchup I was supposed to get the manager apologized and I responded nicely “it is okay”

THIS THIS WHAT THE PROBLEM IS….

She then responded “it’s my pleasure”

I didn’t say thank you, I said it is okay.

CHICK fila- STOP, I REPEAT, STOP MAKING YOUR EMPLOYEES SAY IT IS YOUR PLEASURE. LET THEM BE THEM.

When you make people say things, it is not sincere and they sound dumb when they say it and it isn’t relevant because they are robotic.
