Overall, it was good service, and it was typical quality for Raising Cane's, which is pretty good in my book. However, our food was put in Styrofoam containers while still hot enough to melt holes in the containers, which is not safe at all for eating. I tend to like Raising Cane's chicken without the Stryne on it. Update: I put in a report on the website and was contacted within 20 minutes late at night and was told the issue would be elevated and looked into. While I'll keep this here for information, I would like to give credit to the follow up of on the issue.

This is my first time ever trying Raising Cane's. I do not recommend the Drive Through because it is very slow. (20+ minutes.) I highly recommend Dine In or Mobile Order Shelf, though! My food was ready within 1 minute after I paid at the register. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was great too! The bread was soft and fluffy, the sauce paired incredibly well with the chicken. The chicken batter was slightly sweet and soft.

Place was nice, loved the decor and overall the vibe. Service was amazing, we got through the line quick. Food took approximately 25 minutes to get, which isn’t bad considering how busy it was and me ordering the Caniac Combo which consists of 6 tenders, slaw, fries, toast and sauce. Food was alright , the chicken tenders were definitely the best part . Fries were a bit cold and lacked flavor . Bread was tasty and buttery.

I had heard that I should check out this fast food because I love Chick Fil A. So after visiting Raising Cain's, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. First of all, there is absolutely no handicapped parking or entrance. The food selection was terrible. The price was outlandish and the food was TERRIBLE! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Unless you want just chicken strips and fries, don't bother. We went at 6 pm, so it was the tail-end of dinner rush. The place was filthy. Very uncomfortable. There was more breading than chicken and very greasy. They had just ONE sauce. There is no variety at all. I paid $1.99 for 1 chicken strip and an additional $0.49 for a small container of the only tasteless sauce they offered. And they placed my order in my companion's plate. Tangy sauce? NO! It's completely tasteless. Don't waste your money, definitely not worth the 10 miles we drove to go there. Apparently, they pay their employees $17-20/hrs but should be paid minimum wage at most. They were impatient and rude. I'm never returning again, which they don't care about. Again:...

So far, I’ve loved Raising Canes! The only reason why Food doesn’t get “5” whole stars for me, is because I wish the chicken was coated a bit more and coating was a bit crunchier. The fries are also a bit soggy, and they really do need the Canes sauce to taste decent. However the taste and consistency of the chicken meat was great. Bread and Slaw awesome for fast food, and the fries are great in the Canes sauces. The Canes sauce and pebble ice may be a bit addicting… current atmosphere of the Eau Claire restaurant gets a 4. I feel as though it doesn’t have enough seating, however once the hype of it being new to the area dies down, it might be adequate. It was also cold in there, due to how often the doors were opening in the Wisconsin winter. And the two single stall bathrooms created some serious lines. Overall, a great addition as a new fast food option for the Chippewa Valley. It’s nice to see our region starting to get more of the convenience “staple” restaurants that a lot of other...

The food was excellent, but we had some concerns about the service. My group of seven arrived at this location around 12 a.m., two hours before closing. We noticed that all available seating was taken except for a table in the back, where the chairs were placed on top of the table, likely for cleaning. Assuming it was okay, we took two chairs down to accommodate our group.

Shortly after, a woman who appeared to be the manager approached us. Instead of addressing the situation politely, she immediately spoke to us with an unwelcoming tone. She told us that next time, we needed to sit elsewhere because the table had already been cleaned, which was why the chairs were up. We apologized and offered to put the chairs back after we finished, but her response was curt and dismissive: “No, because now I have to clean it again.”

While the food exceeded our expectations, the manager’s attitude left a negative impression. We hope for a more professional and respectful approach from the staff...
