So disappointing, Five Guys in Eden Prairie has really gone down in quality and service. My co-workers and I have been getting Five Guys from Eden Prairie on and off for the past 5 years. It use to be awesome! But this might have been my last time for this location. From burgers that are overdone which is not something I usually say because I like them well done, to barely any mayo or ketchup. I think it was all absorbed into the meat because it was so overcooked. The fries tasted as though they had been cooked 2 or 3 times. A different taste then I've ever experienced, not a good one. Then the pick up, a rather unpleasant experience with unpleasant staff. I understand you might be tired but a job is a job. You are representing a company and yourself. Asking for extra mayo seemed an inconvenience, they did it but made me feel guilty for asking. Then I asked for a large bag as they had given me 3 small bags along with a cup tray, again it seemed as though I was being difficult for making the request. I dare not ask for extra napkins or ketchup. I hope it's only the Eden Prairie location. I'm not sure if it happened when they moved from by Michael's to by Chipotle. Maybe new management. I hope they will look at they why they are doing things and strive to do...
Read moreWe placed an order online and we received a confirmation number and a completed order number, the charge went through on our credit card as well and we were given a pick up time. Upon arriving to the store to retrieve our order we were told that they never got our order and that there was nothing they could do. Even though we got a confirmation email and we were charged. The manager stated that they needed to see the receipt and we immediately pulled up the receipt which showed the credit card charge, order confirmation and the correct store location. We always order from this location in the exact same way and I’ve never had an issue before. The manager was rude and unwilling to provide any further assistance even though we showed her the receipt that she asked for.
Update: After calling customer support to request a refund and make a complaint we received a text message from Five Guy's thanking us for picking up our order! To bad we never got our order since the manager claimed she never received our order in the first place!...

Dining area is a bit smaller, which makes sense, but the burgers are consistently overcooked, the fries under-cooked and under-portioned, and the service unchanged, is still worse than a Wendy's drive-thru.
Do not order through their app. Do not order online. Do not expect their times through those apps to be accurate.
