We went here for a post meal walk and roll and ended up coming back the next day because it was so lovely.
The paved path is a bit bumpy/pitted but no worse than an average sidewalk these days. It's so peaceful with a lot of critters, foliage, bugs, ducks, and shade. It was not at all hilly so if your wheelchair can handle some bumpy pitted pavement, this is a great place for a long roll.
There are accessible bathrooms near the parking. They're pretty dirty but usable in a pinch. The soap was full and there was toilet paper.
