I had such a fantastic experience at Lady Nail in Eden Prairie! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The entire staff is so polite, friendly, and professional — they really make you feel welcome and comfortable. My nail tech, Ann, took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She paid close attention to detail, asked me what I liked, and gave great suggestions. The quality of the manicure and pedicure was phenomenal — my nails have never looked better! The salon itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and relaxing. You can tell they truly care about both cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Very good place for your basic nail salon. No frills or extra services but they do a solid job and know their customers. Their prices are great and they do a really good job with acrylics and gels, which is not always the experience I’ve had at many other EP salons. Very clean and can’t beat the Starbucks next door! A few (minor) cons: The color selection, while they have a ton of colors, is pretty basic. I’d love to see some more unique colors. It would be nice to have paraffin wax and drinks available. There are no frills here. Getting a fill is just a fill. Nothing else added such as lotion or massage.
