Total disappointment and Upset with the Customer Service RUDE behavior. When i called Naf Naf grill Eden prairie store to give a feedback about the food we ordered and how bad it is a lady name called BEPPY picked up the call says she is the store Manager is just literally yelling on the call without listening about the issue that i am going to explain and she is continuously yelling without even trying to listen the concern. It was an Online order. We took a pick up from the store and once we were back home we would like to eat the food and literally when we opened the boxes we had some weird smell from veggies and the chicken is not at all cooked they just gave uncooked raw chicken which we are not able to eat. The same night we tried to give a call and none picked up since the store the closes at 8:30pm, next day within less than 12hrs I gave a call to complain this lady name BEPPY picked the call she straight away mentioned we cannot give you refund, you could brought the food back to the store, how the management is expecting to bring back the food when the store is closed at 8:30pm? It is not about the money we wasted but there is no minimum respect to a regular customer from that store, It's not reasonable to expect people to stop and open up and dig through their pickup order before they get home to make sure the restaurant got it right. Management should really think about staff and train them how to speak with the customers.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been a customer of Naf Naf since they first opened in Aurora,IL. I also have met Sahar Sandar the founder a few times. Last I seen him was in this location about a year ago around this time of the year. I explained to him how the meat sometimes is dry. He started showing the workers how they must scoop the chicken/steak from the bottom in order to have the juices get mixed with the meat. However I still find the chicken to be dry most of the time. My concern is the amount of sodium in a single sandwich. ~ 2200-2500 mg is insanely a lot for a falafel pita. I hope you find a way to reduce the amount of sodium. Other than that food is decent in comparison to other fast causal restaurants. I use to go there a couple of times a week for a falafel pita sandwich before knowing the amount of sodium. I happened to look that up under their nutrition information tab. No wonder why I use to drink a gallon of water after I get done eating from there. Finally I would like to see the ingredient...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJan 2021 update: still really good. Whenever I'm done eating naf naf I always want more. And it's still much better then moa store (which afaik is closed) and the girl working at the counter was cute. Not that it matters, but it certainly doesn't hurt... (update) This place is waaaaay better than the naf naf at the mall of america. The food is expensive, but they give you enough food to justify the price, unlike the moa. People working here are awesome too. Some of the people working at the moa store can be pretty rude. Original review): Delicious food. Not much else to say. If you like falafel and shawarma with hummus in a pita and whatnot, it's the fast food version of that. The place was clean and the staff were pretty attentive. My only complaint is that they don't really give you a lot of food for what you pay. (Update, it is expensive compared to other fast food, and they don't give you a lot of food compared to others, but at the Eden prairie store, it is enough to...
