This McDonald's by my house in Eden Prairie on flying cloud drive I rarely go to. I lived here for 2 years I may have been to this location maybe 5 times for myself. I have been here a few times for a guyfriend. I usually don't eat McDonald's not that I'm healthy. It's just a fast food chain I don't wish to frequent. Tonight I had a free meal card because I stopped there one morning to get fries and a cold drink. I asked for fresh fries. They advised me to pull up to car port #1. I did and a car came behind me. Now mind you this was on Sunday morning at 10:50 they advised me that they don't serve lunch till 11 and I can wait. I didnt mind. The car behind me got their food before I did. There was 4 people all adults in the car behind me. 3 bags of food came out. I was not sure if it was breakfast or lunch. At this time I went in to refill my drink and went back to sit in my car. The young man came to my car brought my fries and handed me a free meal card. I said thank you. I wasn't complaining I was find. I didn't care the car behind me got there food. Now today I go to McDonald's to obtain my free meal. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal. Not a McChicken. The deluxe chicken meal. Instead of them cooking me a deluxe chicken plank and making the proper sandwich. They gave a a deluxe bun with 2 Mc chickens and a bunch of shredded lettuce and pickles. No tomatoes. I excluded mayo I don't not eat it. Then I purchased an Oreo Mcflurry only to ask for my money back because I seen the young man making it push my ice cream back in the cup with his bare hands. As you know a Mcflurry is made with the ice cream and oreos mixed with a spoon connected to a machine to mix it. The young man handed me the cup as if he did nothing. I spotted a green piece of substance on my Mcflurry cup. I handed it back and asked for a refund. The young man also had green hair. He took it to the back then another person (young man) brought it to the drive through window to explain its the green syrup that accidentally leaked on the lids for the Mcflurry cup. The cup you put my ice cream in and you was going to serve me still. How nasty. I said no problem I still would like a refund. I still was nice about it. Then a young lady appeared to be a manager came to do a refund and handed me cash even though I made the purchase with a card. Its something every time I go there. I wonder what is the deal. I'm always super nice especially when...
Read moreOn Friday, October 17th at a McDonald's Restaurant with store number 11568, located at 598 Prairie Center Dr, Eden Prairie, MN. I entered the store with my nephew to enjoy something to eat. We ordered a Big Mac Meal and a Deluxe Double Qtr Cheese Meal. Afterwards, I asked my nephew what he was craving. He told me he only wanted a cheeseburger with fries and an orange juice, and we paid. As soon as I checked my receipt, I realized that I could order another cheeseburger and with what I already ordered it could become another meal, since separately it would have been more expensive. I asked the cashier who had served me if he could please fix the order so I could pay a lot, the cashier started acting annoyed and very rude and said he couldn't fix my order, I told him to give me a good reason, that I had paid in cash, I didn't see any problem, but he claimed that he had only charged what I had ordered, and that he couldn't do anything about it since my order was already being made and he couldn't fix it, I told him that I was just going to add one more burger and that I would pay less, as a customer I wasn't happy with his attitude. I told him that I wouldn't take anything anymore and that he should cancel my order since his rude attitude had ruined my day.
The purpose of my complaint is not to harm absolutely anyone, but service is important, especially for us as customers, but with such a poor attitude as a cashier, I am outraged as a Latino, but I am even more outraged when the cashier with great arrogance said his name was Jesus and that he was the manager of that restaurant, I was ashamed as a Latino that another Latino would have that attitude, because when you accept a position as important as being a manager, it is because we feel capable of being an example to follow for our coworkers or employees, since the owner of the restaurant chooses us for such an important position, we must respond with respect and dignity to the position granted. I have been a manager of a restaurant for many years, and I was taught to respect my job, the owner and my customers. The idea is not to fire the manager, he just needs training and to always keep in mind the word TRUST, which is what the owner places in him, and HUMILITY and RESPECT towards his clients, and to treat his clients as he would like to be served in...
Read moreAfter a long drive home. My wife and I wanted something quick. So we went to mcdonald's at 7:30 pm. Upon entering it immediately noticeable that the employees where unhappy. I don't know if it was a long day or what but I wish I would have taken that sign and left because it ended up being the worst experience we have ever had anywhere! . It started with the food taking ten minutes to get done. The guy put it in a bag even though we wanted to eat in. We had no napkins and to top it off 2 bites into our food a man came by and said lobbies closed you have to leave. I was dumbfounded by this behavior and told him we just sat down. He then repeated lobbies closed you gotta go bro. I said I will when I'm done with my food and asked his name. He said he didn't have a name and yelled to what I believe was the acting manager ( same guy that put our food in a bag instead of on a tray) and said you gotta do something about this guy. I then said to that guy that I just got my food. At this point I was upset and was not going to be forced to eat my food that i just got in my car. He gave in and allowed us to eat but the damage was already done. My wife and I have never been treated so poorly in our lives and this is the first time that I have felt as though I would have been treated better had I not been white. I will be contacting mcdonald's corporate and I will be going in the day after Christmas when they open again to talk to hopefully another manager. I will never eat here though and I will be spreading the word about...
