This location is officially Burlington, even though it's so close to Edgewater Park. Burlington needs to pack up this location out of Edgewater Park and put it in Burlington like out Parents, Grandparents and Great-Grandparents wanted and discussed since we were all kids. This Wendy's was always a topic of debate being next the jug handle, highway, traffic, intersections, and is also far too close to cockroach, crime and bedbug infested Woodland Crossing Apartments now known as Orchard Park that's still not done or up to code to correctly run their apartment building. I grew up in Edgewater Park and I ate here with my husband when we started dating 20 years ago, we moved out at 19, came back 18 years later to handle business via a death in the family. The old school people made it work, but the times were different and they're certainly different now. This location doesn't work anymore. Then, when my cat was stolen and the Wendy's surveillance was so lousy the police officer couldn't even find the sick individual who did it. Your kids, your stuff, nothing and no one is safe anymore. Don't waste your...

I’m thinking that’s simple, no way they could get that messed up – wrong! It was nasty, hamburger looked like it was sitting overnight – it was ice cold, roll was cracking – indicative of it lying around no doubt. Fries were sticking together as if the shorting had cooled off overnight as well. I sat in the parking lot contemplating weather or not I should take it back. I decided that it was $8.20 well spent, for I would not be writing this review warning folks to stay away. How dare they do this – I thought. They’re looking to get someone severely ill. Wendy’s needs to hire adults and fewer kids. Or at least hire a supervisor that knows the meaning of quality control. I took two bites before I noticed that I was not eating a freshly made meal. As soon as I got home, I had a shot of rum. Not for nothing, but, who does one sue if a patron gets food poisoning, or worst –...
Read moreSo the lady at the drive thru window first of sounds super low energy like she doesn’t want to be there. I get it you might have had a long day idk how many jobs you have/what you did before work. But, she legit lied to me said they don’t carry mustard? Like what the hell so you every time I ever went to Wendy’s my double stack has never had muster on? Like lady you just gave me packets is it to much to ask to just open the packet and put it on like I shouldn’t have to open the burger you just gave me with my hands and put it in the burger my fingers are greasy and I went through the drive thru. It’s just straight up being lazy mat that point. Like my guy in the back has gloves on so you don’t get your food cross contaminated with my every day gems and work fingers. So I get to the window and asked the question again “so Wendy’s doesn’t have mustard?” She said “no……” and some long dragged out explanation mean the food was okay but I’m never going back to this one again I’ll go to Burger King next time...
