Subway — Restaurant in Edgewood

AWFUL!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!! Firstly, how stingy can you be on toppings?? I had to ask two or three times for her to put the FEW toppings I did want on my sandwich. I mean, really, I am only getting four toppings! HOW expensive are a few extra spinach leaves and black olives!?!? The worst part- I asked specifically for my sauce to be on the side of my footlong sandwich(so when I eat it later it isn't a soggy mess), and she gave me an tiny little bit in a cup with a lid. As this amount of sauce wouldn't even be enough for a 6" much less a footlong, I asked politely if I could have more. I must have really ticked her off at this point bc she literally squirted a thick line all over the sandwich!! WHY??? I specifically asked for it to be on the side!!! How hard is that? But she was visibly angry with me, customer service here is DISMAL. Absolutely ridiculous. Just to finish up,, the spinach was not the freshest with some leaves blackened and mushy, and she must take a mandolin on the thinnest setting to cut the produce because the tomatoes and cucumbers are so paper thin you can see through them. I guess they think they really are saving money by cutting corners and being stingy with toppings, but they lose a whole lot more when they lose customers completely over this nonsense. Which is what has happened here, our family and friends will never come...

I love Subway & I usually go to the one in Walmart in Florence KY. But today I only had time to head to this location for a bite… I went in and the atmosphere just felt so awkward we entered The workers were looking at us and mumbling can’t tell if they’re talking about me and my family but you should never whisper to each other and look our way. The atmosphere was so dead even the place looked so dead and plus the workers looked real gloomy. I know yall must’ve had a rough day but come on I work two jobs I get up 4 am and can get home real late but never ever do I show the customers that I’m mad or annoyed or tired. I ordered and I can’t hear what the worker was saying. And when I was like “Sorry what was that?” He looked real annoyed and looked at the other worker and started speaking their language(.) the accent don’t make it any easier to understand.. I’m sorry mate! Anyway… I still ordered and got my food. It was good. Just gotta work on the attitude and the place needs to be a little alive! like add colors or posters or something to make your restaurant...

I was kind of disturbed at first if I had not been hungry and could not eat anything else I would have probably went somewhere else but I was starved to death it was lunch time and I just didn't have the time to go somewhere else so I had to sacrifice my stomach today to eat at Subway I got the bacon ranch Chicken on flat wrap with spinach black olives pickles my spinach was it I literally picked it off my sandwich after seeing the shape the spinach was in the lettuce was Brown so I didn't want it the spinach kind of look a little wet and weedy the bread was it it was it was really bad it was just really really bad the cookies were hard and the pop tasted like pure saucer all in...
