Went to here approximately ten minutes ago and I don’t think I’ve experienced such bad management before. Orders a supreme taco party pack, chulpa, four soft tacos, and two Pepsis. The young women at the window was wonderful as was the young man who handed me my food at the drive thru. The issue came when I tried to bring the box into the car and the bottom fell out. I was obviously very distressed by this as now there’s food all over my car. The young lady didn’t know how to handle it and it wasn’t her job to. That was her team lead’s/shift supervisor/manger’s job to do. Sharron. Unfortunately her way of handling it was (after giving the young lady a coupon to pass off for a single free taco) was telling me to pull forward because she had other customers waiting. I had to go back around and ask for a replacement for the 3 tacos I lost completely (not even a full new set since most were salvageable) and while waiting at the window here the same woman who told me to pull forward (Sharron I assume) tell her staff memeber she didn’t want to deal with it. I assume she thought because the window was closed I couldn’t hear. Again, the young woman at the window and the young man who handed me my food were perfectly kind and the bottom of the box was probably just faulty product. But the poor management response is...
Read moreThis place was amazing when it first opened. Now his turned into the typical nobody cares about customer service attitude. Walked in today, stood there for at least 6 minutes while multiple employees looked right at me and didn't say a word. Thankfully, I was texting my spouse telling her if they ever help me and she didn't told me that I had to use the kiosk. There were no signs anywhere stating this or employees that could tell you this. Multiple orders for being messed up for the drive-thru as well as the gentleman who walked in front of me and told me he had it to go order and was still waiting was at least 10 minutes after he was told it would be there waiting. I then use the kiosk, and waited close to 12 minutes for a burrito a drink and fries. The entire time, I could overhear employees complaining about people through a drive-through saying they need to come in for that, and then other employee cussed at the register about another employee who left when they got busy. After finally getting my order, I went outside to witness two employees arguing about the past 30 minutes. Like I said before, this was a great location when it opened, now it's nothing but rude employees. I also love the fries and shredded cheese sitting...
Read moreThis Taco Bell no longer has in person ordering. You have to place your order on a kiosk regardless of format of payment. I paid with cash. I was instructed by the kiosk to proceed to the register so my payment could be collected. There were 2 whole employees in sight. One was preparing the food and the other was running drive-thru. I waited a good amount of time just to pay. I was very polite and in a really good mood. After I finally got my food on my way out the door on of the " children " working there made a very under his breather about my weight and how " happy" I was. After his comment I thought to myself kill'em with kindness. I pray he can find some "happiness" in his life. BTW I'm not hugely over weight but I do have a few extra pounds I could lose. When I got to my car and opened up the bag I discovered my order wasnt what I had ordered at all. I ordered chicken and I received i guess what was what the call beef. I didn't even eat the food after all of that. I would of called the store but I didn't have a receipt. I don't know if the kiosk printed one out and I didn't see it or if the unhappy kid working there failed to give me my receipt when I paid cash for my order. Will most definitely not return to...
