Wow, the level of customer service has bottomed out. I'll try to make it quick but it's a lot to unpack. Shame in me for ordering a chicken quesadilla in the lobby. I was told it's no longer offered, then they suggested the kids meal quesadilla. Ok I'll order 2 kids quesadillas without the sides and drink. Nope. Can't do that. Was again informed No Queso in the Lobby, the only way to order quesadilla is online??? So you can make one, said charge me for a chicken burrito, not worried about the cost, wife had rough day and that was her order. In hindsight the only way to get that quesadilla would have been to outsmart them and go back in and order a chicken burrito bowl, tortilla shell on the side, take it home fire up the griddle and make my own. They could have just been nice and made one. Front poorly stocked, no barbacoa pinto beans specifically. Countertop was covered in smeared food, left with nothing based on the whole situation. My husband and I are both veterans and appreciate when a business gives us a discount which this place use to give military vets . We went here last Sunday and found out this is not the case anymore. I am not sure what happened to their food but it has gone downhill. We ordered a bag of torritor chips with our salads and they tasted very stale. They use to be warm and lightly salted but not this time. They were cold and stale! Our food just didn't taste as good as they were in the past. I gave Chipolte 3 stars only because of the past when the food was much better! I am not sure if they are under new management??!? Anyway, please go back and redo your recipes. Unfortunately, the food was to goso we could not take it back. We just won't go back anymore. Don’t bother or if you do call ahead!!! Terrible! I got there at 9:15 already signs everywhere that they were out of chips. Ok so I wait in line only 1 guy in front of me and I counted 5 workers. Waited 10 minutes and the ONE guy making food took that long helping the current people in front of me to make one burrito and one bowl while another was next to him wiping anything he dropped on the counter… finally they announce they are out of white rice and won’t be making anymore. I’m already annoyed with 5 people working it’s taking that long to get through 2 simple orders. Seriously disappointed with 45 minutes left to go such terrible attitudes. Next time I’ll just spend the extra time I waited in line for nothing to go to a store further away but I guess I better call ahead to see if they have...
