Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Edgmont Township

Absolutely the worse dominos experience I've had. Lets start with I ordered my food while at work to have while I was on break. My order should of been arriving right as I was getting ready to go on break. I get a text saying my order is on the way and my tracker says 6 minutes it was litterally right down the rd. I'm waiting outside I check my tracker again and the driver abigale is in a totally different direction the drive is now 33 minutes away from me she took the farthest order first instead of the one she should of. When I call to cancel the order I am told that the order will be canceled and I will receive my money back. At this point I don't want the food my break is over and I certainly don't want cold pizza. Fast forward 45 MINUTES LATER I get a text saying my food is arriving. I go out I tell the girl that the order was cancled and she continues to tell me to take the pizza for the inncovience then stood there like she was waiting to be tipped the tip was already added to the order. Food came all shuffled in the box and the tots I had ordered where burnt and like a half portion. The pizza was cold and just everywhere like it was just tossed around. Something so quick and easy turned into a nightmare and I'm still out of 28 dollars that I was told I was getting relayed for. I have called a few times to speak to a manager to where I'm told there isn't one available after they find out what the nature of the call is for. I went into Dominos in Newtown Square PA and ordered a large pizza at 8:55 pm last night. I had to be in Springfield PA by 9:30 pm before the store closed. I told the person I was in a hurry and asked how long it would take for the pizza. He stated only 7 minutes once it is in the oven and he had 2 pizzas to put in the oven ahead of mine. He asked for my phone number and put the order into the system. I returned to the restaurant at 9:10 pm and asked if my pizza was ready. He said no. I then asked if my pizza was in the oven, and again he said no and he said he still had to put 1 pizza in the oven ahead of mine. Then the phone rang and he answered the phone and spent 2 minutes taking an order. While on the phone I asked the other 3 employees if there was a manager I could speak with and they told me they were all drivers and the person on the phone was in charge. When he got off the phone, I immediately told him I wanted to cancel my pizza order and to refund my cash. He stated that he told me there were 2 pizzas ahead of mine and I informed him he should have told me it was going to be 30 minutes until he put my pizza in the oven. He then disappeared. When he returned, I asked for my money back. He said if I cancelled my order they would cancel me as a customer and I could never order a pizza from Dominos again. On a Thursday night I ordered pizza at 7:10. The tracker showed the pizza being made and my delivery leaving the store. 30 min after my pizza supposedly left the store, the driver calls asking about replacing my drink order because they are all out. He then tells me he is 30 minutes away. I got very upset that 1 hour and 20 min after ordering, I’m finding out that it will be a 2 hour wait and won’t get the drinks I ordered. When I called the store, the manager was unapologetic and defensive. When I asked why the driver is just now asking about my drink order 30 min after he left, the manager HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and he admitted hanging up and claimed not to know why I’m just now being asked about my drink. I threatened to call his management then hung up. He called back saying they are out of the drink I ordered and do I still want my pizza! I’m appalled by the customer service. You want dominos because it’s quick and easy.
