Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Edina

I tried to make an order on the app for ease but it errored out so I just went in to get it instead. I made the same exact order inside (for 3 people - my sons was a weird combo that people don't normally order I'm certain) and they didn't think it was weird I guess that they had just made two of the same orders because the next day I seen that it had charged me even though it never said it successfully went through and threw me an error. I called and asked for a refund but they told me it was still in the freezer and when I explained the situation about how I came in and ordered it in person instead since their website errored out, he still wouldn't budge. He was very rude about it and said they don't do refunds. I then called corporate and THEY expressed that it was ridiculous that he wouldn't refund me based on the reasoning behind how it happened (their website) and THEY told me if I didn't receive one to ask my bank to reverse it.
