D. Brian's Kitchen & Catering - Edina — Restaurant in Edina

Food is decent.... Besides that the customer service is pretty bad. The workers there tends to forget what you ordered. Place is under staff. Especially if you are going during lunch time, prepare to wait 30mins to get your order in and food. Oh and this place really needs to have separate signs indicating which side to order salads/soup and burgers. I stood for 20mins.. finally getting to the front just to be told to go to the next line for a burger. Back to the line I went. Nope I left the place.

Please order ahead or go get lunch somewhere...

Really poor experience. $750.00 order for a business that was late with no explanation whatsoever. We only had a certain amount of time for lunch built into our training day, and D. Brian’s took most of it with the late delivery. I understand that things happen and I could’ve worked around it, but they never even bothered to text me or call me and give me a heads up that they were running behind. Really poor customer service, and now that I know that they don’t value us as a customer, I’ll take our business elsewhere. They won’t be getting any orders...

This place is really good the food is freshly done which makes it that much better, to top it off the staff are so nice and friendly. I come here all the time to buy my breakfast sandwich ;) which is so delicious...
