So be careful ordering during the holidays at this location. Domino's has no system in place for the consumer to know when the order is ready when you call it in. I called @ 8:10pm & was told it would take 1hr & 30 min....I asked if it's done any earlier will you let me know or do I just show up in 1hr & 30 min. She said just show up...so I get there & find out my order was done @ 8:54pm & it was 9:30 (even got there 10 min early willing to wait to get it fresh). Well as you can imagine after 36min under the heating lamp, that famous look that domino's brags about... left me with just a cold flat pizza. The wings & stuffed bread were not enjoyable & ruined our Christmas dinner. I was left with excuses only, "well sometimes the time is wrong on the timestamp" & "we don't even have enough racks to hold all the orders".... so basically domino's is starting they either have inaccurate faulty equipment & that they are not equipped to handle the holiday rush. Domino's I think it's time to reflect on your process & help us that spend 100 percent of our money to get 50...
Read moreI did a recent contactless delivery on Dec 15th, and lo and behold I received the most amazing delivery experience I've had in my history of ordering food. He is the reason I am writing a 5 star review. I wish I had the delivery man's name, he was an older gentleman, and in my awe and the excitement I forgot to ask him for his name. When I opened my door, I expected my pizza on the floor, but NO, this man had set-up a small portable table where he placed my order. He was standing waiting for me to take it and proceeded to wish me happy holidays and well wishes. That extra touch was the cherry on top, he went out of his way to provide his customers with a warm experience and I gotta tell ya'll, I enjoyed my pizza and wings that much more thanks to him. I hope Domino's knows what a divine individual they have working for them. I even ran out to give him another tip because that experience was superb, unfortunately he was already gone by the time I came out. Busy intersection so I allowed room in front of me so that traffic from the this locations neighboring business would be allowed to enter and exit from those establishments that they were either going to or leaving from. When this Dominos driver decided to jump in front of me rather than behind (where there was plenty of space) blocking all traffic in. When I approached the driver of the red Toyota Carola to inform her of her mistake she proceeded to tell me "to get the F back in my car". I turn around and went to the restaurant to speak with a manager. When the cashier said to the other three employees there that I wanted to speak with a manager everyone looked confused and finally a young man came my way. He must have been no older than 22 (I'm guessing). He informed me that he would speak with her. If this is a representation Domino's Pizza wants to show it is a poor one.
