I was in line at Dutch Bros for about 35 minutes to get two drinks. I was surprised by the long wait time because other drive-through Dutch Bros locations have never had such issues, even when they were packed with customers. When I finally reached the window, they had messed up my order. They gave me a cold drink instead of a hot one. The employee said she would make my drink again, which she did.
I then asked her what would happen to the incorrect drink. She mentioned that sometimes they give it to someone else who might order the same thing. I thought that was gross. She also said that she might give it away for free. I asked her, "If you're going to give it away, why canāt I have it?" She replied that I could have it, but I would need to pay for it because she couldn't just give me three drinks. I was taken aback and said, "Even though you made a mistake?" At that point, I didnāt want to fight for the last drink that realistically should have been mine. And after, the thought of someone else possibly receiving a drink that had been in someone else's hands really...

Visiting from PHX, AZ and very disappointed when I arrived to this location for the second time and continued to experience the worst service. First, got in line and there was only one line formed and other cars started forming behind me. After 15 min in line a girl with the tablet comes out and starts forming the cars behind me on the second line taking their orders and forming them in front of me. Not to say I was already in like for 15 minutes when she came out, 35 min total time to get a coffee that was watered down and nothing to the quality or flavor Iām use to. Second time thinking it was a one off. OMG freaking 45 minutes to get a drink! This is ridiculous. Itās irrelevant having someone taking your order on a tablet while in line when they are preparing each vehicle order when they pull up to the window. It was early and I was the only one in the drive thru and it took a while to get my order and Iām not complaining about that, but my order was wrong and drink size mixed up. Explained to employee order was wrong and her reaction if I was an inconvenience. Iāll drink the wrong drink but my daughters hot chocolate was cold and the other employee was like āI donāt know it was given to me like that.ā The location is near the expressway on my way to everything but I think Iām make the drive to 7 brew again cuz itās going downhill here. 14 dollars on drinks to be incorrect and employees not even wanting to fix it...
