Went thru drive thru, ordered 2 coffees and a big Mac meal. I was asked to drive to spot 1. To wait for my coffees. Noticed everyone in drive thru and curbside getting their orders but me. I then asked one of the girls taking orders to the curbside what was going on with my orders. She asked what I ordered. Keep in mind I had to stop her even though she had gone back and forth taking orders to vehicles.. she is like " can I have ur receipt." They forgot about my order. The same girl brings me my coffees and hands it over to me.. top is open and spilled hot coffee in my hand and leg, all ao er my car and seat and she immediately checked the lid on the 2nd coffee. I got upset not only did I get burned, she didn't even say are you ok. I asked for her supervisor immediately. Super isor comes and apologized and asks if the coffee was really hot and did I get burned. Hello I didn't order cold coffee. I said of course it's hot let me pour some on your arm and u tell me if it's hot. She asked if I wanted to submit an incident report. I said yes. Managers need to be coached properly on what to ask their clients and if the employees don't want to be courteous and serve customers they need to go home. I loathe stopping here but I am addicted to iced coffee. 9/10 times the staff sucks the good mood out of me with their rude attitudes. Especially the older lady at 6:30am at the 2nd window. She is fast but man is she acts like we're not customers rather a burden for her to interact with. Either she is mute when giving out food or herer hostile greetings come after she sticks her hand out the window with the food BEFORE the car even approached the window. She answers back when requesting condiments like "it's in the bag" when I'm clearly seeing they're not. I wish they would train them on customer service. They are anal about the app as they demand the code BEFORE ordering or won't accept it after. Thy don't multitask efficiently as they keep asking the customer to repeat the order as they are busy taking payment from the previous customer yet keep asking "what else? What else?" I pull up to pay and not able to ask the cashier because he is busy taking orders which is fine. On the second window I ask the cashier if there is a time frame to order them so I can come back within the time frame and she proceeds to ask and they say no. She said we sell them till we run out, which then I ask if they're out and she replies no. I then tell them I had just asked for them if they can switch them out, cashier asked manager and she says no. Mind you I just wanted to switch it out, didn't expect anything free. I told her I had previously asked for them and she they said No. No apology or anything. I also had asked for coke with no ice, which they gave me loaded with ice.
