Extremely disappointed. I’m currently pregnant and had a strong craving for the munchers. When I finally got them, they tasted like plain mashed potatoes—no flavor at all. I’m not usually one to complain, and yes, I get that pregnancy can make things taste different, but even my husband tried them and agreed they were completely bland.

I called hoping they’d make it right or at least offer to remake the order, but all I got was, “Awh, I’m sorry.” That’s it. No effort to fix the issue or make it better.

It’s frustrating when you’re already dealing with cravings and disappointment, and then customer service doesn’t even try to make it right....

I've eaten here before and the food and service is garbage. I was at heb and decided to give it one more try. I ordered the double meat w bacon jalapeno cheese w tater tots n Sprite. I asked for toasted buns grilled onions. When I got home the buns were not toasted n the burger came apart in my lap. Onions were not grilled meat was cold no jalapenos n cold tater tots. Its obvious the owner doesn't care n this nasty joke of a drive thru should close and allow something else be built there like a whataburger. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE also saw roaches around the building...

My wife went here to get us the special for the day, she got 4 burger meals and she got home, food was cold, meat was over cooked and dried, fries also cold, the bread was cold, it was just horrible food, i told her to call and complain, but more than likely manager going to say bring back food, and will give you fresh food or refund, but are they going to give us money for gas to go back and take food back no right, so why even bother horrible managment for letting this happen, it looked like they just had alot of meat cooked and just had it...
