Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Edinburg

Terrible experience, I just made an order for 3 pizzas, 3 crazy crust pizzas, a side of sauce and Italian cheese bread. Little Caesars employees messed up my order badly, I got only 2 pizzas with the receipt saying crazy crust yet when I opened the box, its regular crust and different toppings. And then I'm missing one pizza, order was completely wrong and I spent 51 dollars on only 3 pizzas yet got only 2 and missing 1 pizza, plus its cold and when I contacted the Dasher, he stated that he used a code to pick up the pizza, and Little Caesars just gave him the pizzas like with an attitude, this is unbelievable and unacceptable. Like is everyone getting lazy nowadays that they don't care, what kind of employees are they hiring. I want a full refund back immediately for my order!!! If this allowed a zero star believe me I would gave a zero freaking star, I'm upset about this!! And if the manager sees this review or employee, I hope you do see this. Because this is ridiculous and your service sucks! Find people who would actually be good at customer service and not constantly messing...

I don't know how this place is still even running. They legit never have any pizza at all ready and when I I ask for a hot & ready They always ALWAYS charge me a extra most bestest. And when I ask for a 3.49 crazybread as advertised. They charge me cheese/pepperoni sticks 6.99. Always waiting 10-15mins. And they never prep the pizza right. The dough is always raw. When u lift the pizza it's all soggy and pure white on the bottom. This is multiple times. I only come back because I live nearby but I'm done. No more. And management is poor, always has attitude and lies about the time being ready. I waited outside for 20mins for a simple hot and ready and I saw random people walking in and getting there's first in seconds. Then when I walked in about my order they gave it to me....really frustrating Will now look for another...

I chose drive thru. Girl at window today (12/8/2024) around 5:20pm. Takes my order i just ask for an order of an italian cheese bread. I get to window, no hello or welcome whatsoever. Instead she asks can you repeat your order followed by no please and thank you. Gives me my order i say thank you. No feedback from this girl, just closes the window... i notices the box had an oil stain on top which is weird, since its only like that when oil lands on top or something oily has been on top. I ignore it. Worse mistake. I get home and the cheese bread are hard as rocks. Do they not use FIFO? Cause im sure they have over made orders. Smh. I figured if employees dont care cause manager...
