NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN WORST SERVICE

When my boyfriend and I were seated we had to wait 30 mins for the waiter (this old guy with glasses) to get our drinks. He didn’t even introduce himself and we just told him our drinks but before we can say we were ready to order he just walked away so fast and we had to yell so loudly to call him back to say we were ready to order. Once we got our food 15 mins later we still had no drinks. The waiter was literally talking to the waiter at the bar for 20 mins and then we had to call the girl who seated us to get us our water. By the time we finished our food which the wait time in total for TWO WATERS was one hour. What’s funny too is that same girl who seated us and forgot our waters too was just standing at the front not even doing anything. Such a lazy worker everybody there. We didn’t even get our drinks at all and just finished our dry buffalo wings. Then we had to wait so long to call our waiter for the check. Such a rude waiter he should not be working at any restaurants with his horrible and nasty attitude. How many times or how long do we have to ask and wait for TWO WATERS. Eat here if you just want food and no drinks :D Such horrible service and it wasn’t even busy. I can see why business is doing so bad here the old waiters were better. The new waiters need to go!!!

Edit: Not surprised by this response saying you guys failed to meet “my expectations”. WHAT EXPECTATIONS??? It’s literally so simple so basic just two waters we wanted and for someone to serve us not 30 mins later after we sat down. BASIC STANDARDS for a waiter! If you guys can’t even meet that then I don’t know how you’ll even keep this business running in the long term. That’s why there’s less customers now and it’s not as busy as before where the waiters and food were good. I been coming to this Applebees for more than 8 years with my family to eat and I think tonight broke tradition and always love coming here to eat. But tonight it started from the door to the end of service. I was told that there will be a 20-30 minutes wait and I said it was fine and I gave my information and my wife and I waited in the car for more then 40 minutes as usual waiting for text to enter and nothing was received and when I entered I was told “ I thought you had left” I was like what 😮 all I saw was new people sitting there waiting and she told me that they had text my number and no message was received on my end and after 5 more minutes finally sat down waiting for the waiter 20 minutes. We already knew what we wanted to eat so she finally came by to ask us what we want to drink and we told her what we wanted and I was gonna give her my order and she walked away. My wife and I looked at each other and was like what just happen and to make things worse one of the ladies brought over 2 trays of the chips with spinach and I told her that It was only suppose to be one not 2 and she had an attitude with me and I stayed in shock and she said ok we’ll let me go ask and left it on our table and never came back 🤦🏻‍♂️ from our drinks being filled with more ice then drinks and from the chef making my food super watery that I didn’t enjoyed one but.
