This store has the finest collection of items. I don't see this store is getting crowded as other and here's my feedback that can help: 1) The business or home is known on how they keep their toilets and bathrooms clean, the toilets here is so dirty and it stinks. Keep your toilets clean as your office. 2) Your fresh grocery areas have flies running over vegetables, clean the entire vegetable area and throw your old groceries out. If you don't have fresh vegetables and fruits people won't come. 3) Your milk, yogurt etc area is junk, make sure to reduce the price and make it similar to other stores. Your prices is unreasonably high for milk, yogurt section, keep that section clean and increase more famous brands collections. 4) Your fresh food section have frozen samosas and kachoris fried, people now a days know that everyone is giving frozen food fried, replace that with fresh samosas and kachoris made there and you will see people will come more often to buy. This store has so much potential but Everytime you go there is flies running over in grocery section or either there bathrooms are dirty like gutters. Keep your store and business clean as your home and you will see people...

We come to this store regularly and we started noticing something unusual. There are some spanish/mexican guys working in grocery, few of them are bad ones. My wife was collecting grocery and there was this spanish guy with spike hire and short, he is loud. He was looking at my wife in bad manners and then commenting to his friends something bad and then everyone started laughing till they realized, I came from back and saw all of it, then everyone stopped laughing and passing comments. I ask the owner of this store, if you have got your wife, mother or sister to this store and this guys making unnecessary comments and laughing, what would you do? I would get rid of the bad guys and fire them right away. This place is unsafe for womens or young girls till the owner get rid of group of spanish guys. I would get rid of all of them since everyone was involved. This is second time we notice and we are raised up in US and we understand Spanish very well. I might have to report this to ICE or higher authorities if this...

Very rude Staffs, it happened quite a few times that I ignored the expired product because have heard they donot return. This time I bought a rice brand Khazana with low glycemic index written on it. When I started cooking rice, it used to get hard after sometime of cooking it. I called them to check if they can return it else it will get wasted. The staff rudely answered that is the customer’s choice, not our fault. I asked so you mean you donot bother to check the quality, she completely ignored my question saying it was your choice to buy it, I said I bought looking at the low glycemic index not that it will be as hard that people eat and fell sick. I also asked her to transfer the call to the manager, she didnot pass the phone and told no floor manager is available except cashiers. I got very upset at the behaviour, no customer service on top instead of apologizing she is saying go and complain to anyone, we donot care.
