Read moreRoyal paan is a scam in the name of Paan. I ordered Spl Royal paan($3.50) and my friend ordered a regular metha paan ($1.5). And guess what.. both had same ingredients. They are making people fool. Guys please stop going there they don't know how to make a normal paan aslo. The taste was so yuk. I just threw in the trash can. When I showed it to the staff that there is nothing in the paan for which they charged $3.5 and I got this reply "If you find better paan than this go there". I found the staff most arrogant and rude.
Bawarchi has far better paan than them. I would say any place has better paa than Royal Paan. I request every one to abandon this place. This was my first and the worst experience. I'm going to complaint in the New Jersey Food & Hygiene department.
(To the reply from the owner: Looking at your reply its confirmed that you guys only knows how to lie. And you will keep degrading your standards and will never improve. From where this "Fellow Customer" came into picture. It was on of the staff person said that "If you find better paan than this go there". Nobody from the customer said this. Please don't lie and don't behave in such a shameful manner. Secondly I never ate paan neither in front of you nor in the shop, so you can't lie that you observed me eating paan. I have no words now to say how BIG LIAR you are. If you see the reviews 80% of the fake reviews are by Local Guide. Most of the normal people are giving one start rating. And to be very honest you paan is not at all refreshing in fact it spoils the taste. You will come to know the creditability of my review when someone from Food & Hygiene department will come in your Paan...
Read moreUsed to go here almost every weekend for nearly two years. Went with two other people recently and ordered a few items and sat in an mostly empty restaurant, as is always the case every time I have gone. We weren't even finished consuming our items when the manager with a silver bracelet rudely interrupted us and told us to leave because we had been sitting there for too long and taking too long to complete our items (which was approximately 30 mins) even though the restaurant was completely empty. When I asked him if any prior customers complained about us he answered no and that wasn't the point. He went on to state it was part of their "rule book" that you cannot sit for so long - when asked to produce this "rule book" he said it was online in Google Reviews - still haven't found it on Google.
I would have completely understood if the cafe was busy and space was limited, however, this was not the case. On the contrary, he should be happy there are people sitting in his always empty "cafe", but I suppose you can't expect that from someone that doesn't know what a cafe, customer service, customer loyalty, or management means. As with most of the reviews, the manager is indeed very rude, even to his own staff and has no training in customer service or decency. So if you are considering giving this place your hard earned money, be sure to read their non-existent "rule book" and be prepared to be royally...
