Royal paan is a scam in the name of Paan. I ordered Spl Royal paan($3.50) and my friend ordered a regular metha paan ($1.5). And guess what.. both had same ingredients. They are making people fool. Guys please stop going there they don't know how to make a normal paan aslo. The taste was so yuk. I just threw in the trash can. When I showed it to the staff that there is nothing in the paan for which they charged $3.5 and I got this reply "If you find better paan than this go there". I found the staff most arrogant and rude.

Bawarchi has far better paan than them. I would say any place has better paa than Royal Paan. I request every one to abandon this place. This was my first and the worst experience. I'm going to complaint in the New Jersey Food & Hygiene department.

(To the reply from the owner: Looking at your reply its confirmed that you guys only knows how to lie. And you will keep degrading your standards and will never improve. From where this "Fellow Customer" came into picture. It was on of the staff person said that "If you find better paan than this go there". Nobody from the customer said this. Please don't lie and don't behave in such a shameful manner. Secondly I never ate paan neither in front of you nor in the shop, so you can't lie that you observed me eating paan. I have no words now to say how BIG LIAR you are. If you see the reviews 80% of the fake reviews are by Local Guide. Most of the normal people are giving one start rating. And to be very honest you paan is not at all refreshing in fact it spoils the taste. You will come to know the creditability of my review when someone from Food & Hygiene department will come in your Paan...

Used to go here almost every weekend for nearly two years. Went with two other people recently and ordered a few items and sat in an mostly empty restaurant, as is always the case every time I have gone. We weren't even finished consuming our items when the manager with a silver bracelet rudely interrupted us and told us to leave because we had been sitting there for too long and taking too long to complete our items (which was approximately 30 mins) even though the restaurant was completely empty. When I asked him if any prior customers complained about us he answered no and that wasn't the point. He went on to state it was part of their "rule book" that you cannot sit for so long - when asked to produce this "rule book" he said it was online in Google Reviews - still haven't found it on Google.

I would have completely understood if the cafe was busy and space was limited, however, this was not the case. On the contrary, he should be happy there are people sitting in his always empty "cafe", but I suppose you can't expect that from someone that doesn't know what a cafe, customer service, customer loyalty, or management means. As with most of the reviews, the manager is indeed very rude, even to his own staff and has no training in customer service or decency. So if you are considering giving this place your hard earned money, be sure to read their non-existent "rule book" and be prepared to be royally...

Recently, I visited Royal Paan and ate there (as opposed to only doing a takeout) for the second time. When I went a few months ago, there were some issues. This time, everything was wonderful. I got a kati roll, which was absolutely lovely. My family and I also got vada pav and paan to take home. The food was prepared in decent time, and the napkin dispensers were well-stocked. I alluded to issues when I last went -- this included problems with the soap in the men's bathroom, and the music being very loud. I'm happy to say that neither of those problems were present this time. Thus, I can say that not only is the food good, but the staff also listens when you give critical reviews. That, to me, is excellent management. The one issue this time was with my sister's order -- she asked for no onions in her meal, but they were still present. Still, everything else was perfect. So, I'd probably do around 4.5 stars, but I'm rounding up, and I can certainly say that Royal Paan deserves my generosity. Overall, well-done.

During our trip to Oak Tree to shop for Indian clothes, we visited this restaurant that looked really nice from the outside. We ordered dahi puri chaat, paapdi chaat, chhole bhature, masala dosa, and paneer kathi rolls. Unfortunately, the kathi rolls were completely tasteless and not worth the money. Both the chaats were overly sweet and lacked any tangy or spicy flavor. The highlights of our meal were the masala dosa and chhole bhature. The masala dosa was fresh, perfectly spiced, and the coconut chutney was excellent. The chhole was well-seasoned and spicy. We recommend visiting this restaurant, but perhaps only for the dosa.
