Our experience at this place was a total disaster. Despite preordering three sets of 10-piece chicken for 1:30pm, we received a text saying our food was ready at 1:00pm, completely disregarding our requested pickup time. When we tried to explain this over the phone, the Korean lady responded with a disrespectful and sarcastic attitude, refusing to acknowledge their mistake. She offered a refund but my mom refused because of the bad taste in our mouth after that horrific conversation. She then rudely proceeds to hang up the phone on us.

But the nightmare didn't end there. When we arrived to pick up our order and expressed our dissatisfaction with the service, my mom left the exact amount on the counter, a $50 bill, only to be accused by the lady and another man of not paying as we were leaving.

As if that wasn't enough, when we got home, we discovered they hadn't even given us the full order. They shorted us two pieces of chicken. It's infuriating and completely unacceptable to be treated this way. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. They clearly have no respect for their customers and cannot be trusted to provide a decent service. And I’m not surprised to see past reviews stating the same...

I am still trying to figure out what my favorite flavor is. I have tried two so far. I hoping to replace this place with my need to go to Boom Boom Chicken. This place is clearly fresher than BBC and you can taste the difference in quality. They are about the same price but the wings here are bigger. They don't affect my stomach. I did have a small issue when order the first time. I will they ket you try the sauce so you can know what you will like or put details on the menu to hell us decide. Also, I forgot to order rice and she demanded I pay for the rice in cash which I did not have...so I left without rice. At BBC you get rice or radishes with your food even if the quality is less. I am not sure if the rice here is a better quality but it...

Person who works here should fix her attitude towards the customer. She told me I can not do half&half flavor for the 10 pieces boneless, so I asked how many pieces do I have to get for half and half flavor, did not want to answer me, pointing at the menu and saying “It says on the menu”.I was trying to figure it out, could not find out where it says at first, told her I can not find it, she just stared at me with blunt face like I am stupid until I find out where it says.
