Ordered at 6:34 tonight according to my email receipt. I reviewed my address and callback number to ensure I didn't enter the wrong ones prior to writing this review. The only reason I'm writing this review right now is because I've called the store number 3 times and each time I've waited 10 minutes on hold only to have the call dropped. This is the only way I could find to try and contact someone from the store or customer support, given how my night has gone.
It says my pizza was undergoing a quality check at 6:51. It's now 8:15 and there is no driver attached to my order and it doesn't even say it's being delivered. So thanks for nothing Dominos. Thanks for the lack of communication and the lack of pizza I was hoping to have tonight.
Edit 1: Now 8:31 and no response or change. I'm really upset. A fourth call to the store ended in the same manner. I should not have expected any different. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card.
Edit 2: Now 8:47. No pizza. Also, whoever Anthony is, who quality-checked my pizza at 6:51...thanks for nothing. Definitely the worst experience I've had at any Domino's store. How is this place still operating?!
Edit 3: Pizza arrived 3 hours late. Driver name Roni opens with "I don't know if anyone called you to explain the situation..." What do you mean you don't know if anyone called me! No one called me. I called 5 times and no one answered. The cheese is dry now, the pepperoni and crust look burned. Pathetic!
The wings are cold, the pizza is cold, my two sides of ranch are not here, the pizza is cut into a small grid...my chipotle arrived 10 minutes after...
Read moreDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Probably the WORST Dominos location I’ve ever experienced. Ordered through the online app at 945pm with an estimated delivery time for 1051pm…no big deal. Kept checking the tracker and order was just in “prep” status for over 1 hour. Called the store over 5 times and kept ringing and ringing and then eventually the call dropped. I ended up driving to the location at 1130pm and it was an absolute mess. The phone was ringing off the hook and there were only 2 employees working, 1 making pizzas and 1 doing god knows what. I asked the gentleman at the counter to cancel my order, he was very nice about it but looked absolutely defeated. How can you have only 2 employees working past 9pm??? I felt for them, I really did. But to be honest, this location needs to close down. If you cannot keep up with the quantity of orders then you have no business staying open. When I went inside, 8 people were there waiting for orders and looked physically upset and annoyed. I usually like Domino's and will probably keep ordering from them but not at this location or ANY Edison NJ location. The employee at the counter said my refund will be issued in 5-7 business days and mark my word I WILL keep a lookout for it, otherwise a legitimate complaint at Dominos corporate WILL be pursued. Bottom line…do yourself a favor and order from a location outside of Edison or spend an extra few bucks and ordered from another...
Read moreI usually am ok with food places making mistakes - maybe giving me the wrong food or forgetting straws or whatever. But this place did not respect their customers at all. I ordered the Fury hawaiian (hawaiian pizza w jalapenos). We called and confirmed that they had it at the place although it was a seasonal menu. However they got us the regular hawaiian - my friends and I were in need of some jalapenos so we called and asked them if they could re-deliver. But they asked us to bring the pizza in and they will give us the pizza at the store. We explained that we couldnt drive, and asked if the driver could come back so we could hand off the pizza (there was a reason why we delievered and didnt do pick up). Then they put us on hold. We called with a different phone after 25 minutes of hold, and they picked up (=they wanted us to just hang up). When we called, they finally let us talk to the manager and that was when I decided to write this post. He yelled at us saying he is busy. We explained the situation but he yelled "We are busy" and my friends clould hear that over the phone. He treated us as if we were doing this just to get free pizza and he had no respect. We told him that we were going to take this to corporate, and he yelled at us saying that he didnt care and and again yelled that they were busy.
