If you haven't already been to Edison Pizza, YOU NEED TO GO ASAP!! I don't care how many pizza parlors or Italian restaurants you've been to in the past....you need to give Edison Pizza a try so that you can have your own incredible experience of great food, dedicated owners, and extremely accommodating staff.
I have tried numerous menu items and not once have I been disappointed! No matter what you try....a slice of pizza, a whole wheat turkey wrap, a fresh side salad, chicken or shrimp parmigiana, meatball subs, chicken marsala, rice balls, etc. - there is absolutely no way that you will not come running back for more!! Once you have the Edison Pizza experience, you won't need to consider anyplace else! The quality of the food is consistent, reasonably priced, prepared the way you like it, and the staff just make the experience that much better!
I'd like to recognize a staff member who provides exceptional service each and every time we patronize this restaurant. Her name is Regina and she is hands down the most efficient, service-oriented, customer-focused staff member I have ever encountered. Regina's sole intent is to provide her patrons with a pleasant, quality dining experience. Whether you stop in for just a slice of pizza....or you and your family/friends take up a corner of the dining room for dinner, Regina will be right there to accommodate you in any way possible. She knows her "regulars," she treats new customers with such care and precision that they then BECOME regulars, and this is why you can't help but be loyal to such a wonderful establishment and to people like Regina. Regina's children have all worked at Edison Pizza, as well.....and you don't even have to question who trained them!! She demands the same excellence of service from her kids that she does from herself. She sets the bar very high....and nobody can surpass that! NOBODY!!! Regina, along with the consistent quality of the food, are the reasons that we continue to come back to Edison Pizza time and time again. I hope that Regina sticks around at Edison Pizza for a long time because she's a wonderful person and a great member of their staff. It would never be the same without her!!!
And a special thanks to Rob and Claudia for running an awesome operation with precision and care.. ..for their delicious products, as well as for their customers. I am proud to call myself a "regular" and plan to be one for many...
Read moreEveryone here is kind and the food is top notch and authentic. If you want real food, support your local businesses that have kept you fed. The bread is incomparable, to other local pizzerias, it's less dense and more fluffy if that makes sense. I unfortunately had my gallbladder removed so I can't have too much tomato sauce no matter how much I love it but they whipped us up a beautiful feast one night. I had eggplant parm which was I believe grilled, however they cook it---its not greasy. They don't smother their food will too much grease, cheese or sauce. You're getting real food, home made with a lot of work put into it. You can taste and feel the difference in eating here versus cheap Doordarsh quick food that's overpriced and no real nutritional value. They made a dish no other local place can beat so far---their garlic and olive oil spaghetti, I don't know how they browned the garlic cloves so well and got such amazing flavors going. If you want REAL food, support your local small businesses. They were here for us during the pandemic, some never closed their pizzerias--they kept cooking and feeding us. Thanks for all you do. If you've never worked in the service industry please, have some patience and be respectful to service workers, they're keeping things running for us. Btw sandwich #2 was top notch with the garlic knot. And yes, their cheesesteaks are incredible get them with a side of fries and it's a great appetizer for the family....throw the cheesesteak filling on top of a side of their awesome fries and everyone can munch and you look like a hero while you're plating everything. OMG last thing---it's hard to catch but sometimes for lunch you'll catch their grilled chicken Cesar salad pizza slice, just toast it up lightly and you'll see. It's...
Read moreI used to always order personalized pizza from here. I'd get half grilled chicken and the other half eggplant. I would order from this restaurant 1-2 times a week. But i noticed the older lady with red hair (who claimed to be the manager) consistently gets my order wrong, or there seems to be something missing when she takes my order. There was a time she completely forgot about my order when I arrived to pick it up, and there have been times she gave me the wrong order for delivery. Whenever I inform her that my order is inaccurate, she just doesn't seem to care and tells me to wait; she doesn't sound friendly or seem to care about her work that much. I never had this issue with any other employees at this restaurant. Today, I ordered spaghetti and meatballs, which came out to $17. I wanted to see if I could get other sides besides the bread, but there were no other options-just spaghetti and bread. I later noticed that the menu I saw on Google stated it's $12.50, not $17. I'm also unhappy that I had to pick up napkins and utensils from another restaurant since the food I ordered didn't come with any. The big piece of bread I received was stale and hard so i ended up not eating it. In my opinion, paying $17 for two meatballs and pasta without anything else is a bit steep and was disappointing with my...
