Update: The person I first spoke with did stop parking in these spots. However 3 others who opened up Kaitos.
When I arrived at shoprite all 3 pick up spots were available. I parked in spot 1. As my groceries two cars come and whip their cars around and back into delivery spots 2 & 3. When I attempted to speak with them, one became rude and told me to go park in a handicap spot. Total disrespect not only to me, but the people these spaces are intended for. I was told these cars are in these spaces everyday, all day. Absolutely no, zero consideration for anyone but themselves, entitled, disrespectful, a disgrace to their familes.i do have photos available, upon request
I have no visited this establishment, however the entitlement of a man who I can only assume is an owner. The store is located in the shoprite plaza and the shoprite has ONLY 4 order pick up spots. As someone who has mobility issues I choose to do order pickup. At least 90% of the time this man backs his blue car into one of these 4 spots. I did speak with him one time and nicely asked him to not park there and explained my situation. He was receptive I have yet to see a change. He is not the only one who parks in these spaces and are not picking up, however he does it all the time. I do really want to try their teas, but I will not a business that hasn't...
Read moreMy social group hosted an event here last night and it was a great time! The drinks here are top notch and even when I'm not hosting events it's quickly become my favorite Boba spot. If you like any type of sweet drink, they have many choices that could appease your palette though I typically go with either the Brown Sugar Boba or the Thai Milk tea. Both are great! If you are more into fruity drinks, they have plenty of that too! The food genuinely surprised me with how good it was. I enjoyed the Beef Bulgogi bowl. But my favorite item to get there is that Spam Musubi. That was absolutely incredible! Though food wise the desserts here take the cake(No pun intended) . The waffle with the Nutella and ice cream is a heavy hitter! I highly recommend it!
As for the place itself, the room is very spacious, and the anime vibes they have going on is absolutely wonderful. It especially fit with us since we're an anime fan social group. The staff was friendly and the service is fast! To those of yall who were there last night on Thursday August 29th. Thank you for making our Boba Social Night the best it could be. I'll be hosting these every month regularly and y'all will see me again just as a...
Read moreThe this bubble tea did not taste good at all. Brown sugar and boba tasted mad weak and not tasty ( I remove the word “old” since someone commented that I spread false information by saying the word “old”). My first drink was so watered down, that I had to ask for a second one. That’s why in the picture you see a different straw. Please do not accuse me of lying. Why would I lie over a bubble tea???? lol I’m a mom.
Maybe I put the wrong straw in. I asked for a handful of bubbles maybe that’s why. To be honest, the second drink was also unimpressive. I wasn’t going to go there, but that’s the truth. Service was good to meh ( depending on who I dealt with. One employee was professional, while the other appeared to seem irritated). Improvement needed but I appreciated the effort. The interior looks nice, but I came for the tea. Gong Cha, Sunmerry Bakery, Tiger Sugar, and HK Alley all have much much MUCH better bubble teas and kinder customer service! I won’t be coming back to Kaito for the tea at least. Especially after the comment below this review, I am even more disappointed. I know the younger kids like...
