Phenomenal Customer Service and Delicious Food.

My Mother is Filipino so by default we have to order from Jollibee. She made an order online for delivery. We ordered a mountain of food to feed the four of us. We bought the family bundle which included: 10pc chicken bucket and 3 large sides. We also ordered 3 yum burgers with fries with 3 large pineapple drinks. That's a lot of food but we like to save some for future days. Now when the driver got to our home they dropped off our order but unfortunately without the 3 drinks. We tried getting in contact with the store but they're very busy (because they're that good). Now let me say this. Every time we drive by this fast food place, the drive through is so long it extends to the highway. So yeah, anyways, we just left them an email with the attached receipt.

Few days later, we eventually get an email back from an amazing person, Russ, who is the manager at this fine establishment. He gave me his contact information and we talked on the phone for a bit to discuss the issue. He then invited me to the store so that he can give my family compensation for the issue. I waited a couple minutes to see the manager but when he arrived I was greeted with a smile and he addressed my issue immediately. With a brief summary of the issue, he compensated my family with two combos with two drinks, and a peach mango pie. When he handed us our food I noticed he had gloves on. He did us the honor of making the food himself to express sincere apologies.

I respect Russ so much. Russ is an outstanding person that will go above and beyond to satisfy his customers. The way he handled the situation was top-tier customer service. A rare service you can find and it happened to be at this jeweled location. His maturity, immediate attention, and problem-solving is unmatched. Not only is his work ethic phenomenal, Russ's personality shines brighter than the Sun. He is that amazing of a person and I hope Jollibee acknowledges how amazing of a worker Russ is.

We will always come to Jollibee but not just because we love the food but because we love the customer service. Thank you Russ for what you did for us today. I wish the best for you and everyone at this establishment. Keep doing what you're doing, you guys are doing...

Indoor dining is back! Another one of the reviewers said that all the doors were marked exit from the outside but I found that at least one on the entrance driveway is not, as seen in my picture. At our last visit the water was not working in the sink in the men's room. I informed one of the employees so hopefully that problem will be fixed immediately.

I got the Hawaiian chicken sandwich today and it was nice juicy and delicious. We also got the spaghetti and chicken meal and that was delicious as well. They have added in ube pie to the menu as well. Be sure to try that out while you're there.

If you're from the Philippines and you must go to Jollibee in New Jersey. There are several locations with another one coming to American Dream Mall soon.

We always come here for the chicken and the spaghetti, when we can get in the parking lot that is. Since this place has been built it has been so popular that they usually have a police officer directing traffic so that it doesn't back up on the highway. We will usually guide you towards one of two lines for the drive-thru as there is no indoor dining currently, September 9th 2021.

You can get your food from the drive-thru and eat in your car, to which I recommend buying one of those little tables that you can put on your lap. This is something we bought at the beginning of the pandemic so we could still eat out.

They also have the apple pies or peach pies that are usually really good and on sale! When we come here we usually order an extra meal or two to take home with us as Edison is a bit of a drive to go to just for a meal. Not that that is really stopped us in the past. ☺️

My recommendation is to definitely avoid the peak hours of this location. Those peak hours can be found on Google maps when you check out the about page for Jollibee. Because if there are too many people in the parking lot you simply won't get in and you're only a chance is to either come back at another time or drive around the highway and come back in again. But don't count on being able to make it through a second or third time because they get that busy.
