Monday June 7 at 10-11 pm. Donât go. The lady working behind the second window does not know what she is doing (even though I think she is the manager). We ordered, got to the second window and she gave us our bag. We thought nothing off it. Then she gave us a bottle of water which was odd but she made a gesture as though it was some sort of gift. My boyfriend and I pull away munching on the fries but then I look down to see there was only one burger. We ordered one Big Mac and a quarter pounder. We got a chicken sandwich. We go back to the drive thru. NOT EVEN A SORRY. Her very FIRST AND INITIAL response was âI asked youâ. The attitude and sass was very uncalled for. The customer service was below mediocre. I always go to this McDonald since itâs near my house and never before have I been so rudely talked to. We tell her that she didnât ask us. She had the audacity to start arguing back. Word of advice for anyone who works in business. Customer service is very important. Itâs basic knowledge to be nice to customers. It doesnât matter if you had a bad night or your dog just died. You get paid to do your job RIGHT and treat customers with at least human decency. Now, youâre probably thinking, itâs just McDonaldâs it doesnât matter. It does. To simply put it she was rude and the manager. She never once apologized for HER mistake. On top of that argued with us and gave us sass for again HER mistake. She was very rudely spoken. I donât want her fired but I hope one day she learns the importance of how to talk to customers (maybe even people in general). If anyone above her ever reads this. I donât want you to fire her because that wasnât the point of this little paragraph. I want you to talk to her and monitor her and how she talks to people. I've placed an order and paid through the app. After waiting by the drive-thru windows for a while, they told me my order was canceled. I told the manager I've already paid, and she told me to come inside in a very ill mannered way. I parked, walked in, and waited. While there were other customers waiting, also another lady came in and told the manager she's been waiting in the car for 20 minutes for her order; the manager who told me to come in, instead of dealing with any of these, her first priority was to show me that my order has been canceled on her registra screen, I told her the name on the order is not mine. She checked my receipt and finally gave me my order, with missing and incorrect items, of course, and trying to give me a softdrink cup while I told her I chose milk when I placed the order.
It's an extremely slow, chaotic, and errors-prone location with workers barely speaking English, even the food tasted worse; I've been to mcdonald's worldwide, and this is probably by far the worst and the only location worldwide with food that tastes different. I understand there's a shortage of workers everywhere, but please hire someone at least comprehensive...
   Read moreNot happy at all. I have been going here for years and the employees working in the drive thru window are great. Today was my2nd time using the mobile app and purchased 2 times. They confirmed my number at at the window then later said I owed money. I showed them that it went through. Even showed them my bank app that shows it went through. A female mgr came in. She had the audacity to tell me to pay again! I dont care if it cost was 30 dollars or 3 dollars but no customer should have to pay a meal again when I have proof that I paid even showing my bank acct. Plus the way I was spoken to was very unprofessional. Eventually she told me to go the next window but with an attitude. Thats a manager! The lady who usually gives me the food was extremely nice but then another gentleman who may be a supervisor said I needed to pay and he was getting upset. I thank the lady who usually is at the drive thru, who was gracious to say, no this is her food. She gave it to me with no hesitation. How dare that the managers not display excellent customer service. $2.55 that is what I spent. I will now travel to other competitors if I want a breakfast or coffee.
