Do not go to Sultana cafe. The atmosphere, food, hookah, staff are disappointing and just overall sad. I WOULD GIVE IT A ZERO IF I COULD. First and foremost, the entrance is confusing, there is no clear signage as where to enter. When me and my friend walked in, we had to go up to the waitress after 5 minutes to ask her where to sit down. When sitting down, I almost slipped and fell on the floor due to a spill. I told the waitress about it and she never cleaned it the entire time we were there. We ordered hummus, chicken kebab, lemon mint drink, guava juice, and waters. The hummus came out first and it was absolutely disgusting, they had made it with peppers and it seemed like it was just carelessly poured out of a container. Did not taste at all like hummus. We had to ask 3 times for our drinks. The lemon mint was a sour juice with blended mint, not what we were expecting, I couldn't even finish it. The guava juice was also disappointing and very watery. The chicken kebab was okay, but some of the rice was undercooked, some overcooked. None of our food was finished. We ordered watermelon mint hookah, and it came with 6 coals, as if we could use them all in a timely manner. The head was poorly made and we had to place the coals ourselves, which is not how a hookah should be brought out, as if they couldn't balance it.. By the time we went to use the other coals they had all burnt away, and we never got replacements. The place is very poorly ventilated. We walked in and almost suffocated with the smoke and air. We had forgotten what clean air felt like until we left the place. The staff was extremely hard to make contact with. Our waitress never checked in on us and only came out twice to give the drinks and food. The other guy working never even looked our way even though we also tried to get his attention on multiple occasions. We had to basically walk into the kitchen to get the waitress's attention to pay... which we shouldn't have to pay for that horrible experience. Definitely will not go back and will warn everyone...

Read moreOne of the worst experiences I ever had. Terrible, rude service. Definitely won't be returning. I went with my spouse to have a Hookah and some food. The guy told me after ordering that we can't share the Hookah between 2 people. Most Hookah bars, if not all, allow sharing. I have been here many times before and shared a Hookah between 2 people and never had a problem. This time, the waiter was rude (to the point of harassment), kept talking to the ladies sitting down when we walked in, and wouldn't even attend to us in the beginning. We canceled the food and left after 20 minutes. This was such a nice place Pre-covid, Now they just want to steal your money. The guy charged me 5 bucks for a bottle of 20...
