Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Edmond

I've eaten at Schlotzsky all over the Oklahoma City metro and was super excited about one being built just a mile from me on Danforth. I've eaten at the one on Danforth 20+ times. The order is usually missing an ingredient or just not as well made as the other ones. I order takeout as much as I eat in. Ive ordered on line to pick up through the drive through. They forgot I was at the window. I could see my order but no one brought it to me for a long time. Why couldn't they just have me pull up and they bring it out. NO, I had to wait for the person in front to get their order. I order the macs a lot and They are never the same. Do you get bread with them or not? Sometimes I get bread, some times I don't. Some times I get just noodles and meat, no spices. Sometimes they are in two small trays and sometimes in one big one. One day they were completely out of Macs. I thought cause they were new they had some kinks to work out but it's been long enough now. I won't stop going to schlotzsky's but I will not go to the one on Danforth as often. There is one on Portland and Danforth (192nd) that is awesome. It's quite a drive for me but...

I placed an online order for a single salad. Told me it would be ready in approx 7 minutes. I arrived a minute or 2 AFTER that time frame and it took them another 25 minutes to get my salad out to me. I asked for someone to check on the order to which they replied "I think it is done or they are about to start it" 12 more minutes go by so I kindly ask for a refund. 2 ladies in the back immediately looked at me and said I would have to wait 3 days or so and they could not take care of it bc they were too busy. As I waited, 3-4 walk in customers came in, ordered and received their meals. The 2 ladies in the back became extremely rude to me and said that is not how it works and the online orders get filled when they have time. They were yelling loud enough that the entire restaurant could hear them. I will NOT be going back to this location again. Terrible...

I hardly ever leave a bad review. I would rather not leave one at all because sometimes it's just a bad day. However.....Yeah no. It wasn't the slow service so much as it was the rude service, the food coming out in spurts, not getting the order out completely and then going back to deal with other customers and orders before getting us the food necessary complete our order so we could actually eat. Not to mention they were rude about my niece needing a kids cup and my father needing a to go box. I was asked what I needed one for. (Shouldn't matter, just give me a box) Even if you are short handed (which they weren't because there were several staff behind closed doors doing who knows what) it doesn't give you the right to short change your customers on service.
