I come here pretty often, but recently I needed to get to work and had promised my friend I would bring her a drink. There was a bit of a line when I walked in but I figured it would be fine with 4 people working up front. Unfortunately, only one of the employees actually seemed to be working. He was trying to cook food, make drinks, and run the cash register all by himself while his coworkers stood there laughing and fooling around. When he handed them cups for drinks to be made, they set them on the counter and continued fooling around together. It didn't help that the two women in front of me were acting very intoxicated and were being difficult with the one working barista. I eventually left empty handed, not wanting to be late to work, and the lazy barista had the audacity to shoot dirty looks at me as I left. I wish my usual barista had been there because I know one experience does not define a place, but I was extremely...
Read moreI want to compliment an employee, and I hope this is seen by his leadership. His name is Red.
I just spent an hour working at a table. Becuase of my years of customer service, it is inate for me to watch how the staff interacts with customers. I also know how vital it is for an establishment to flouish, to have "good" staff.
Sitting at my table I could not hear words of conversations, yet body language communicates more clearly then words. Red was kind, attentive, and honestly willing to "serve" his customers. I was genuinely grateful for his presence in taking my order and answering questions about the app, and I saw gratitude on others who he served.
Sadly, in today's world it is hard to find a young person who is willing to give so much to his customers. Red is a great asset to this establishment!!!! Thank you Red, for who you are and how to treat others. I truly wish the best for you in this place and years to...
Read moreI usually come here in the mornings before work to grab a quick latte and breakfast item. However, there is this pink hair chick name Sofia and her customer service is so terrible, she continues to say my name wrong, she gets annoyed and tell me next time to order a certain item online cause nothing is free and she made my matcha tea latte and added a freaking drop of sweet cream foam! I literally had to ask someone else to refill it. I don’t like to talk bad about anyone but I get negative energy from her and she needs to find a place like a “Karen Restaurant” if she wants to be rude! I don’t know how you can wake up and choose to be mean to people who are coming into a Starbucks to start their day. On the other hand, Breanna was so nice and she deserves a raise! She offered me Sriracha sauce to make my meal ten times tastier. On a serious note the hiring manager needs to take a better look at who...
