I came in tonight at 7:45, it took the 5 people behind the counter, talking and playing on their phones, 10 minutes to acknowledge we were waiting at the counter. And even then the guy asked if we were placing or picking up and when we said placing, he walked away and yelled at another guy to come help us who was playing around in the back. We placed our order at 8:09, 3- 6 wing combos, with 1 person behind us in line, no one in the lobby, and all dirty tables. We cleaned our table off, and went to get drinks with no ice because the ice was out. In the meantime several groups of people came in to order at the counter, and left with their food while we waited. To go orders came in and waiting 15-30 minutes. To the point people were mad and complaining. We continued to wait and try to be patient. It wasn’t until another customer came and asked how long we had been waiting (30 minutes at this time) and he went and complained to staff on our behalf. At the 40 minute mark, I went to the counter to ask about our order. No one came to talk to me, I tried to get someone’s attention. The girl brought our order to me after about 5 minutes of waiting by the counter. We took it back to the table and our bone out wings were fine but the two bone in combos only had 3 wings in each container and they were luke warm and you could tell had been sitting. I went to the front and flagged down the girl closest to the front and told her our order is missing 6 wings after waiting almost an hour. She went to the back got the additional wings and she handed them to me, no apology, no acknowledgement. I said thank you and we ate. In the meantime we watched people come in and get frustrated and complain because they were waiting 20+ minutes for their orders. I am so disappointed by this experience. I love wingstop! It’s our favorite wings place and we were so excited to have one in Edmond finally! But we won’t be back here. This was the worst experience and biggest waste of $40 because the staff was terrible. To all of the guests. I literally never complain or talk to management but I genuinely wanted to tonight I just knew it wouldn’t be resolved. I hope this review helps and that someone from management or the owners can learn from this experience and talk to their night shift from 8/1/24 because they are taking away business from this location. I hope y’all do better. I shouldn’t come in at 7:45 and...
Read moreI've been to this location twice, now. Both visits were pickup for an online order placed for dinners. 1.) The service at the front counter is terrible. The workers act as if you're putting them out by even walking in the door. It's clear they dislike their jobs because their attitudes shine brightly, and not in a good way. 2.) Both visits, I've ordered veggies with my meals and by the time I get home to open my bag there are no veggies included. I call to let them know and I'm brushed off as if I'm a burden. I was told a simple "Ok. We'll let the kitchen know". I wasn't offered a credit or anything considering I PAID EXTRA for more veggies to which I received ZERO VEGGIES with my orders. When I asked about getting credited for a product I paid for but did not receive, I was not a "Karen" but I did politely ask to speak with a manager about this. I was told "Ma'am, we don't do that. Have a nice night" then hung up on. I was very frustrated and extremely disappointed by the lack of service via the unpleasant phone call I had. I have no plans to ever return to this location. *Also, upon pickup, the lobby was filthy with napkins and trash and partially eaten food in the floor. The fountain area was sticky and napkins, lids, and straws strung all over and it...
Read moreGo to the one on 122nd. I’ve worked in restaurants before, stuff happens, no big deal. Assuming the staff isn’t rude about it. I’ve had chicken tenders that were never put in the bag, twice, manager fixed it though, I shrugged it off.
However, when my family and I got home after dinner, we saw wing stop on our front porch. I knew it was the address mix up and I called the store to let them know (our addresses have been blacklisted because delivery drivers dropped it off at the wrong house and restaurants assumed we were calling for free food) They assured me that it had just been dropped off 10-15 mins prior (it was ice cold) and if we wanted to keep it we could. They’d already spoken to the actual owner and they “rectified it” on their end.
I took the food to the correct address (it’s directly behind our house) and she showed me the screen shots where the food had been delivered an hour before we ever got home. On top of that the manager was rude to her and told her that she had to call door dash even though the food was ordered on the wing stop app.
I was the delivery manager for another restaurant years ago and there’s a way this could have been handled but lying and being rude was...
