True confession time - I have a problem with fast food. It tends to be low quality, high calorie, uninteresting and sad. And those are the good points. Still, far too often, I find myself staring up at a well lit menu trying to decide which salty fat bomb will hit the spot. Maybe something with melty cheese poured all over it. Of course, I’ll get a side of fries. Most of the time, I’ll wash it down with root beer, but once in a while, a strawberry shake is the thing. Burgers are the best fast food. They are classic for a reason. But, it is good to be able to switch things up from time to time. That is where Arby’s comes in. The soft texture of sliced beef is a nice change from a patty. Arby’s also does a mean chicken sandwich. I’m sure I don’t have to go into details about the joys of curly fries. This Arby’s was always the Arby’s of last resort. It was just a little grimy. The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The condiment pumps never quite worked. The best thing they had going was that the nearby competition was just as bad. Then it closed. I didn’t think much about it. A place like that was doomed to close, so no big deal. I wondered briefly about what would replace it, but I didn’t have high hopes. Life goes on and I could go to the Arby’s in Silverdale when I was over there. Then signs showed up saying they were replacing the old Arby’s with... A new Arby’s! Interesting. I promised to check out the new place when it opened to see if they had made any improvements. It seemed to take forever, but the other day, I noticed the open sign out front. The place I wanted to go was closed, so I decided to give the new Arby’s a chance. I pulled in and had to drive around the long drive-through line to find a parking spot. I went in and found two people in line ahead of me. No one was working the front counter, but I could see several workers beavering away in the back. The drive through must be hopping. I waited patiently. Turns out the guy at the head of the line worked there. It was never clear why he was in line. He bailed out to clean up the condiment stand and the rest of us moved up. I was not timing things, so I have no idea how long the wait really was before I got up to the counter. I also don’t really know how long I waited there before ordering. My order flummoxed the very nice young lady who waited on me. The same manager from before the remodel came out and offered instructions that got the girl through. I paid and took my cup to the fountain to fill it with root beer. I also stocked up on condiments. All the machines were brand new, clean and worked as advertised. I carried my stuff to a table and pulled out my phone to play games while I waited. I went through quite a bit of my battery and drank half my root beer before my food arrived with an apology for the wait. When I say that the food was good, I mean relative to the last time I had been to Arby’s. The ingredients were fresh, the fries were crisp, and everything was well presented. I gobbled everything up and headed out. All in all, the new Arby’s is a freshly washed version of the old Arby’s I’ll probably go back, but only when nothing else...
Read moreYou guys have turned into nothing but con-artists. Your coupons for online only are never available, always says this location does not accept online orders, no matter the location....when im literally doing an online order via the website (ended up just going through DD because my dashpass saved me almost $9 in delivery fees.) not sure how you go from 1.29 advertise delivery rate to 13.23 delivery fee before tip, and no there is no state, county or city fee for this area.
(using online prices) Then you to make an item a meal, you charge $2 dollars and some change, then charge again for the sides, and no its any cheaper. in fact its more expensive. take the mozz sticks, $7.00 as part of a meal, 9.00 on their own, but then theirs the meal fee. See my receipt versus my order. they don't even hide the fact that individually it's the same as a meal.
thanks, but no. i wont be back. And looks like a good class action lawsuit because why not. Your definitely not selling what your advertising, and if someone can get a couple million for spelling hot coffee on themselves.
Originally written as feedback, but apparently your website just sucks. And your employees cant tell the difference between a large and a medium drink and 0 sauces.
Also, if you compare the receipt to the order placed on doordash. you'll see...
Read moreI went to this Arby's to grab food through the drive way, the older gentleman Patrick was extremely nice, a pleasure to see how he works because he triple checked my order and was very calm while working in such a terrible and hectic environment. The other lady had darkish brown hair with a ponytail working packing and getting the food was very rude to Patrick when he was double checking our order getting mad at him for asking if everything was in the bags, and snatched at him and startled him which made me very sad and angry of how he was getting treated. When he would ask her for certain things she would respond in this angry tone. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I was so upset by this because I would picture if this was my dad. I won't come to this Arby's ever again after this horrible experience and I will put this on Google, yelp, etc.. because I would not want anyone else to experience this, or have kids see and hear this when they dine or be in the drive through. Please help Patrick he deserves a better environment to enjoy working at. I would give this a 5 Stars because of Patrick but that lady was horrible. Going into the food, fries were cold and stale, my DrPepper tasted like wet cardboard. and my I went on 10-23- 2018 at...
