Now that the season is almost over, I can let the secret out. We love this neighborhood park, esp in the late summer, for all the blackberries! It's big enough to walk around, there's a nice paved stretch nearby that we will use when the little one is older for biking practice. One of the houses have 2 macaws that the kiddo also enjoys watching. It's too bad the playground is closed, but there's still plenty to keep our little one entertained. There are days where it gets really crowded (the parking lot only has 3 spots + handicapped spot) and other times where no one is around. Highly recommend!
