I know each one of these locations can be run differently, this one needs help. Getting fast food almost anywhere now is, well, a sacrifice of your wallet and stomach at the same time. I literally haven't gone to a McDonald's in over 8 months, maybe over a year. This location is a good example why, aside from the way they (as a company) have gone downhill so far since they were forced to compete more heavily with other chains... I looked at the lit menu board, and didn't see any of the sandwiches listed separately, only the combos. As if they don't want you to know the price of an individual sandwich. That alone could influence which one I'd order... but I got a simple quarter pounder with cheese, 4 pc nuggets, and a pumpkin spiced iced coffee. I asked for extra pickle and ketchup, glad I wasn't charged for it, because I couldn't tell. If anything, they put extra onion on it, which overpowered any chance this sandwich had in the first place. The bun was a little tough around the edges, food wasn't hot, just warm. The nuggets have been reduced in size since I've seen them last, even the coating is not as thick... so corporate probably thinks they made good decisions here...nope. Besides the food quality being as poor as it's become, I'm wondering what else is up with this location... you can only see so much if you walk in, but it's a different perspective at the drive through. None of the employees are dressed the same, there was even one who didn't look like they worked there at all, eating out of a bag in the prep area. Some were just plain unkempt. And it needs cleaning... the small cooler above the register was covered in greasy handprints, the register itself is sitting on a piece of 2×4 for what reason I can't guess, and the back door(which I believe is supposed to be kept closed and locked) was clearly kept open with something, with trash piled on the concrete. Apparently the manager here isn't doing much managing. Next time I'm in a time crunch I'll be at the...
Read moreMy husband and I went here around 8:30pm on a Sunday and ordered the following and asked if they had the mozza sticks, they did not, so we continued by asking "do you have apple pies" they said yes. So this was our order.
20 McNuggets 2 McChickens 1 Iced Caramel Macchiato 1 Apple Pie
First problem after paying. "Our Macchiato machine doesnt work." Was offered to replace it with anything on their menu. I opted for a Iced Coffee. (2$ less than the original thing I ordered but okay.) Second problem after paying. "We dont have Apple Pies" Was offered to replace it with anything on their menu. I asked if I could just have a refund. Basically ignored my question, and again began to list things they could replace it with. Instead of arguing or anything I literally just took some kind of frapp that I never wanted and am not going to be able to drink on top of my iced coffee but whatever.
Im sure their icecream machine wouldnt have been working either, its common among mcdonalds everywhere to never have a working icecream machine.
Would have given 3 stars if it stopped at the Macchiato because it literally took 15 minutes for my "fast food" order. But because I asked ahead of time if they had Apple Pies, got the response of "Yes we do" only to pay and then be told they don't have Apple Pies. Not be issued a refund. Offered stuff I dont want off their menu. I honestly would give 0 stars at this point if possible.
Dont go to this McDonalds location if you want an Apple Pie. I have went to several McDonalds around here, all of which have never had a working Macchiato machine, so I wouldnt go to any around this one if you are looking for a Macchiato. If you are looking for Icecream. Just dont even bother trying at Mcdonalds unless you are originally there for something else. I havent been too a location with a working icecream...
Read moreI use to go here a lot late at night when this use to be a 24/7 fast food restaurant. Since this year, they had their 24/7 sign up and it was on here that was it open all the time but then they lost quite a few employees for the night shift (what they told me) and their hours would be random at night. Sometimes it'd be open till midnight, other times till 11 and a handful of times at 10. I would go here late at night when no other food places would be open to get very cheap fast food that at least would taste decent. After that I would be stuck with overpriced turkey hill food to satisfy my hunger. Just recently they finally took down the 24/7 sign and updated their hours on here. That use to make me so mad when they didn't do that before. Claiming to be 24/7 for months when they never were. Also, late at night they always had careless employees that didn't care about their customers. I had one incident last year at this place where a woman working here HAD to have her smoke break before she could serve me, so I had to wait for her to finish with her smoke break before she even took my order! Pathetic. During the day, this place is alright, they have more people and an actual caring manager that will assist you with any problem you have. Completely opposite at night. I still go here and I always will and my complaint list for this place will only get higher until they stop being so disorganized and start caring about their...
