We went in 20min before close, chairs were already up on the tables, they were mad that my 3 & another group of 3 came in. The woman making the drinks was throwing the dirty cups in the sink making the loudest banging sounds she could as to make sure we knew she was mad. So unprofessional!! We ended up getting 3 boba drinks which were good & did like them. But the star of the show was the “shaved ice cream” which is dairy milk that is frozen to be shaved ice cream almost like a snow cone. The small was actually a really big bowl, 3 of us split one small and got the cookies & cream. It was layered with shaved milk ice cream, Oreo crumbles, chocolate syrup, & layered all again to the top with all Oreo crumbles on top; you also get a small cup of liquid icing to drizzle on top of it. It was DELICIOUS!! It was legit the best thing we have had as a dessert in a long time!! I loved it!! I just hate that our experience was ruined by an ignorant employee. The lady at the front desk tried to smooth it over by acting like everything was okay but everyone in the shop was uncomfortable. Maybe we’ll try again on a different day.

I recently visited Spoonful, a Korean dessert cafe, and it was a delightful experience. Their bingsu is exceptional, with finely shaved ice that melts in your mouth, topped with fresh, vibrant flavors. It's a perfect balance of sweet and refreshing. The bubble tea was another highlight – rich in flavor with the right amount of sweetness, and the tapioca pearls were just the right texture. Every sip and spoonful was a treat for the taste buds. Definitely a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Korean desserts.

Had a delicious Taiyaki, apple cinnamon flavor. Was cooked well and served hot and with a smile. The mango slush with passion fruit balba was exceptional. The environment was clean and friendly. They also had a k-pop event while I was there, had some vendors and is was a fun surprise for my Sunday afternoon. Loved these water colors by Deborah.

Just left after driving all the way from O’Fallon to Edwardsville to get a milk tea and ice cream, got here 6 minutes to close and was hoping to at least get some ice cream. They rejected us , very rudely at that. I politely begged to get in their last order for the night and she said everything was put away with a speech of how it would be too much work to warm everything back up “so ummm I’m gonna sayyyy noooo.” As she put it. I haven’t worked a minimum wage job in some time, but when I did, we didn’t put away our stuff until the actual closing time. Shutting down early and refusing to serve before closing time is not good customer service in my opinion.

Update: Thanks for your reply, but I want to clarify. I arrived at 7:55pm — still within posted hours. I very politely asked if I could place one last order, and even would’ve given a great tip, but was told no because everything had already been put away. Closing early is not the same as closing at 8:00, and making excuses for it doesn’t show professionalism. I simply expected that a business would honor their posted hours. Hopefully this feedback encourages consistency moving forward, since customers plan their time and travel based on what your...

I go here like twice a week and I've never been disappointed. I usually just get some kind of boba, but it's the only boba in town that I've particularly liked. The strawberrry fruit tea and the hong kong milk tea are to die for. Most things on the menu run sweet, but they warn you about that and you can adjust your order accordingly. The girls are all super nice and even the guy at the poke munch counter greets me when I come in :) the days they have kpop playing inside are my favorite! It's never taken me more than 10 minutes to get my drink after ordering, so I stop in...
